Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk to the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom space, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and well-maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly communication with the host and hosting.

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

It was just such a nice vacation. Patricia is such a lovely host and responded directly to questions and gave us nice excursion tips for the whole family. We didn't miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well equipped and we also had plenty of games and toys for the little ones. We could walk directly, but also small hiking trails for children were a few minutes by car. There's still a lot to discover, we will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the lockbox is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the area and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

I stayed one night in this accommodation and I would not hesitate to come! First, Ghislaine is adorable and made sure we had everything we needed. Then, the accommodation is really very nice, with everything you need, carefully thought out decoration, perfectly as described. The balcony has a splendid view of the heights of Aix with its many castles, perfect for breakfast! I felt at ease in this accommodation, which is perfectly located (about 5-minute walk from the train station, right in the center). Thanks to Ghislaine for this wonderful experience!

Aimé’s house is beautiful. It has private parking as well. It was perfect for us. There is a supermarket and pharmacy a block away. It was a 10 min drive to the lake. We were attending the Annecy Animation Festival and my colleagues and I felt very comfortable sharing the space because it gave us great shared space with individual private rooms for all of us. Aimé was amazing, always very responsive and making sure we had all we need. She very kindly accommodated our late arrival and early departure.

We had a pleasant stay at Alexandra's. Ideal for children with animals, singing birds, a small cabin for them to have fun... All the necessary amenities are available. Proximity to the lake is a real plus. Thank you so much!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. We spend a lovely long weekend relaxing by the pool. Was fantastic for the children, and fully equiped for a carefree stay. Just to note, which Flore did explain, the google maps/gps will lead you to an incorrect indentical address 20 mins away so be very vigilent with ordering ubers etc when imputting the address. All and all a lovely experience. Will come again!

Thanks to Marc for hosting us and for his lovely accommodation. We really enjoyed the calm of the place after our walks. The cottage is very cozy and functional. The small pool and terrace is a plus. We recommend it for the location if you're looking for a little quiet outside of Annecy.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance or you don't give it importance but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb but a perfectly liberal vision… Just the impression of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I'm sending a final text to inform you of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services… nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...
