Loved staying here. A quiet street and a short walk to the beach and shops. Great entertaining and bbq area for a large group and very comfortable beds and couches. We didn’t need for anything as everything was supplied that you could want, even a hair straightener! Would highly recommend this home to stay. Has a relaxed, homely vibe! The hosts were amazing and very considerate and attentive to our needs and were available at anytime if we had concerns or any issues. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back. John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

We had a lovely stay at Livia's property and will definitely be back. The house and outdoor areas were beautiful and peaceful, and Livia couldn't have been more responsive or helpful both before arriving and during our stay.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

The place was great for a weekend trip for my family. It was also clean, cozy and well equipped. The spacious and fully secured backyard was perfect our dog as well.

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay on Phillip Island at Ashlea’s place! The space was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the yoga session – it was such a calming, grounding experience that really set the tone for our trip. The sauna was another standout – clean, modern, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My partner and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with thoughtful wellness touches. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing girls' getaway at Ana's stunning house! The property was beautifully maintained and perfectly located. We felt right at home and had a fantastic time. We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Kristel was a fabulous host and very helpful. We stayed to attend a family funeral in the area and she was very accomodating and understanding. A short visit but seamless.

we were very pleased with our stay. the place presented well and was in fact nicer than the photos listed it was very comfortable had a full kitchen and was in a good location. there was plenty of open space for us to relax a beautiful balcony which we didn't get to use due to the weather but on a better day would have been lovely to sit out and relax. the location was good and Central to this region and we will be returning.

Josh's kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Cracking view. Beds are very comfortable. Josh always responded quickly. Would love to stay again!

Evdokia's place was well equipped and was just as we expected. Everything was clean and perfect for what we needed for a getaway with friends.

We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Shack’. It is as described, a beach shack, older but it had everything we needed. It is in a great location, a kids playground right across the road which is so handy when you have little ones and walking distance to the local shops, cafe, restaurants and beach.

This Airbnb was perfect for us and our friends to have a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed to cook & serve dinner. Very cozy living room with plenty of space. The bedroom was very comfortable & it was a very peaceful area. Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. The hosts were very friendly & responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Tracey & her retreat was amazing! Tracey went above & beyond even offering to provide our choice of milk & bread on arrival. The retreat was serene & peaceful & perfect for our stay.
