Our house is set in a park-like garden of 7,000m² and is surrounded by meadows and fields. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can relax and unwind. The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km/12 miles away). Train station available. Looking forward to seeing you soon

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Es verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Kochplatte und Mikrowelle. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive können aber für € 15 pro Aufenthalt und pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Bitte gebt uns hierzu eine kurze Information. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
