Beautiful cottage built at the main entrance to Kampinos National Park, surrounded by dunes, forests, meadows and backwaters. From the cottage you can hear the beautiful singing of birds and the sounds of wild animals. Access by asphalt road, the beautiful garden is also illuminated at night. The cottage is part of a small farm with organic strawberry crops. In the season, we are happy to treat you to them. The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are continental All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned

It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

Our "LasMinute" barn in Kazmierzów is located in the Komory nature reserve in a landscape park surrounded by the Natura 2000 area. An exclusive hot tub, SUP board, bicycles, comfortable furnishings, fireplace, terrace and numerous attractions make it a great place to relax. Huge space around, proximity to the forest and lakes, but also bicycle trails. The house is 97 sq m. We can comfortably accommodate six people with 3 separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen.
