Under the chestnut tree is our romantic detached cottage in picturesque Schellinkhout. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and 2-person bed with a wonderful mattress. In 10 steps, you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100 m away. We arrange breakfast on the 1st day!

Apartment of 50 square meters. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Luxury bathroom: lovely rain shower and toilet. On the first floor by water, spacious terrace. A short distance from IJsselmeer, Medemblik, other cities. For shopping, biking, hiking, surfing, kiteboarding or sailing. The hot tub is wood-fired. In windless weather, it is not always possible to light it. Use of the hot tub is 10 euros per time. A barbecue is provided. Possibly a dog in consultation: 10 euros per day.

Je verblijft in een volledig en comfortabel huis met vloerverwarming. De lichte, speels ingedeelde ruimtes zorgen voor een open en ontspannen sfeer. In de master bedroom staat een vrijstaand bad bij het raam met uitzicht over de weilanden, Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Geschikt voor maximaal 4 volwassenen + 1 baby.

See the tulip fields and the mills, during your stay in this spacious, soothing detached home. It is located in the historic triangle of Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik overlooking the IJsselmeer and the West Frisian Dyke. Within 50 m is the beach with sunbathing and playground. It is an ideal place for hiking, biking, swimming, sunbathing. Hoorn, with its rich history of the Dutch East India Company, is 5 km away, and from there you can reach Amsterdam in half an hour.

Be welcome for a wonderfully relaxing stay on the farm! You will stay in the oldest building of the yard; the haystack. Do you or your children really want to experience farm life? Feel free to take a look and get to know the love between humans and animals. But you have also come to the right place for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the beautiful view that extends to the Markermeer, make use of the reading material or take a seat on your terrace where the cows pass you.

New! Private toilet next to the yurt Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and come and swim in the Markermeer. Explore the area by inflatable canoe or SUP and have a picnic at the pumping station. Cook the food on the BBQ and light a fire in the garden fireplace in the evening. Let your child be a child at our campsite (toy box and playground available) and enjoy all the birds, butterflies, ladybugs and four-leaf clovers and the fine energy of our campsite.

Këram cottage in an authentic idyllic neighborhood in Grootebroek. The cottage with a surface of 36 square meters consists of entrance, living room including kitchen, shower room with toilet and bath and hallway with narrow stairs to the bedroom. The garden was redesigned in November 2022, there are various seats also on wide water. Your car can be parked on the quiet parking lot 150 meters from the house.
