Located centrally in the heart of Margate, this maisonette flat has stunning views across Margate beach from the bedroom. Easy access to the town and beach. close to bars and restaurants and the famous old town. 10 mins walk to Deamland, 5 mins away to Turner Centre, also 15 mins walk to the Train station. there is also the main bus station 10 mins walk which takes you to all the other towns in thanet and Canterbury. Not suitable for children and babies because of the narrow stairs and windows.

This amazing and unique apartment is in a converted Chapel and from the original chapel windows you can look straight at the tranquil square’s own park, which places you right in the centre of town. You are a stone’s throw from the high street, Old Town, all the ‘life’ of the town and a 3 minute walk to the iconic beach - so very near to the other famous attractions in Margate! Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.
