Stunning sea views just steps from the beach

A beautiful, light and airy flat with sea views from every room. The whole flat has been recently renovated with 9 refurbished sash windows. Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

The living room is furnished with a dark brown sofa and a gray sofa, both featuring teal cushions. A wooden coffee table is centered in the room, with magazines displayed on top. Colorful wall art adds vibrant touches to the white walls.

We love Margate and we think that our apartment in the Old Town is a perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful, flint walled c18th building in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Step out of the door and you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach, in fact you can see the sea when you look down the street from the master bedroom!

The open-plan living area features a cozy sofa and armchair, with a warm wooden floor enhancing the inviting atmosphere. Exposed brick walls complement the modern décor, while large windows provide natural light and views of the sea, creating a bright and airy space.

Superb 2 bed flat in historic, central location!

This amazing and unique apartment is in a converted Chapel and from the original chapel windows you can look straight at the tranquil square’s own park, which places you right in the centre of town. You are a stone’s throw from the high street, Old Town, all the ‘life’ of the town and a 3 minute walk to the iconic beach - so very near to the other famous attractions in Margate! Free visitor parking can sometimes be arranged-depending on its availability, so I can’t guarantee it: :)

Spacious top floor Studio Apartment with stunning sea views, set just off the high street & 5 minutes stroll to the local beaches. Star gaze at night sky through the huge roof light over the king size bed, or take in the sun rise from the sofa or breakfast table. Centrally located but peaceful, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Coop supermarket at the end of the street.

Ramsgate centre is a very short walk away. With a range of shops, including a full size Waitrose, restaurants, coffee shops, banks and pharmacies. An easy drive from London via the A2 and M2. Ramsgate station is 75 mins from London St Pancras on the high speed (HS1) train.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!
