Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

We used the apartment as a base for rock climbing at Skarvann area, and it was perfect for us. Skarvann is 35 minutes away by car, there are shopping malls 5 min away and plenty of seaside restaurants in Kragerø 15 min away. The apartment has all amenities, convenient parking right outside the front door, and comfortable beds. It is in a rural and very quiet area. Rolf Magne is a very responsive host and we got answers to all our inquiries straight away. Would stay again.

Eirik's apartment was tidy,neat and had everything we needed,lacked absolutely nothing. Very easy to communicate with,he responded quickly. Beautiful place,peaceful and at the same time short distance to shops. Worth a visit either for a weekend or a longer stay! Recommended!

It is a very nice and convenient place to stay, everything you need is there, easy to find out, the flat is very well maintained and very clean. It is next to a hotel and the ski center, highly recommended. We unfortunately had to leave earlier but will look forward to another time. Many thanks to the hosts and all the best from both of us.

We had an amazing stay! The view of the Hellefjord was simply magical – it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The apartment was incredibly cozy and inviting, perfect to relax. The second time we stayed here. Beautiful place and nice house. We enjoyed it very much again.

The house is in a beautiful location. it looks nice and cozy. Everything is available, lovely beds, beautiful well-equipped kitchen and cozy living room. you can walk nicely in the surrounding area. highly recommended!
