Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

An outdoor seating area features wooden decking, overlooked by a sheltered canopy. Two adirondack chairs are positioned beside a fire pit, while a dining table is set for gatherings. Surrounding greenery adds a natural touch to the serene environment.

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 h from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. All amenities to make your holidays a pleasure. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over two floors. Hot tub on the terrace, overlooking the outdoors, and a sauna. Complete kitchen and dining area seating 11. Outside you are straight out in great nature, with ski slopes or the world's most beautiful bike terrain. Lots of fishing waters and great mountains and peaks. Fiber broadband!

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock. There is a small beach 50 meters from the house where the kids can play. Or let the kids play on the trampoline. (On your own risk 🙏🏻)

Cabin at beautiful Øverlandsheia, 10 min from Gautefall alpine center. Located in a scattered cabin area, in beautiful nature. Great hiking experiences right outside the door. The cabin is generally well equipped and everything is set up for relaxation both inside and outside. The cabin has a small loft with extra TV for movies and gaming. Idyllic Treungen city center is a 15 min drive away, where you will find a grocery store, cozy interior and flower shop.

An outdoor seating area is positioned in front of a natural rock formation. It features several benches and tables, some adorned with soft coverings. Surrounding greenery adds a touch of nature to the tranquil setting under a partly cloudy sky.

We had an amazing stay! The view of the Hellefjord was simply magical – it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The apartment was incredibly cozy and inviting, perfect to relax. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we felt at home from the start. We would definitely come back to it again – thank you so much for a memorable stay!

A lovely old house in a lovely space and with available and pleasant hosting. We would love to come back another time.

Great views of fields and the lake where we swam. Large and spacious house with lovely terrace. Cozy with billiards and games. Great hiking opportunities nearby, including Lifjell. Canoe and kayak rental options 10 km.from. All in all a really lovely holiday.

Guro’s place was perfect! It was quiet, the scenery was beautiful, the house was exactly as described and Guro was a wonderful host! We’ll definitely be back!

It is a very nice and convenient place to stay, everything you need is there, easy to find out, the flat is very well maintained and very clean. It is next to a hotel and the ski center, highly recommended. We unfortunately had to leave earlier but will look forward to another time. Many thanks to the hosts and all the best from both of us.

Had a great stay. Beautiful house, very fully furnished. Host responded right away and when the induction plate broke he immediately installed a new one next morning. Great service.

Nice apartment! Was battery what we looked for when we would be at Gautefall ski center, is a 5 -10 minute walk. The apartment was also very nice and had everything we needed!😊 super happy!

This cottage was fantastic. Beautifully built, in a spectacular setting and equipped with every comfort. Knut was always available and always super quick to respond to questions. He also has nice tips for doing things in the immediate vicinity around the cabin. The location is also good for day trips to Bø Sommarland, Vrådal and even Setesdal. That way we were able to enjoy the beautiful South Norway even more. We were with two kids (9-11) and a dog. It was wonderful.
