We had the most incredible stay at Jon’s home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jon pays meticulous attention to every detail. The house itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and all the amenities you could possibly need. The interior is a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. Each room is thoughtfully designed, with high-quality furnishings and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, making it a joy to cook in. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are spotless and feature luxurious touches like rainfall showers and plush towels. The extensive landscaping around the property is breathtaking and adds to the serene atmosphere. Jon was the most accommodating host we’ve ever had, always available to help and ensure our stay was perfect. This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay. 3 BD 2.5 BA (1/2 bath in outdoor swimming area). The pool was shaded from the hot sun which was super nice. It was peaceful just floating on the floaters. The host stocked bottled water and White Claws which was a super nice touch. Linens were super soft and luxurious

What a beautiful home! Never a dull moment in this home. We appreciated the vintage arcade, the awesome pool, and the mini golf in the backyard, as well as the ample space to watch our shows and movies. Super clean and lots of room. This is a great stay either if you by yourself, your partner or family and friends. Also it was great to be able to have the laundry machines at our disposal. 100 out of 10.

The home was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. John was extremely responsive to our few questions.

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

We had a great stay! Everything we wanted to do was within driving range. The house had everything we needed to hang by the pool and beach. The restaurant recommendations did not disappoint. Krystyna was extremely friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely return.

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

Bachelorette weekend was a success. This house is beautiful and spacious. Although this space is set for 6 people it can easily fit more people on the couch if needed. Location is perfect roughly 10 minutes from each place we had reservations at. The room attached to the master bedroom is a PERFECT FIT for ladies on a trip. I loved listening to music and getting ready with the girls all in one space! The owners are so helpful and respond quickly to any requests or concerns! If I ever come back to the area, I know where I am staying for sure!

I had a great stay! The location was perfect - just a short walk from Mazzaro’s Italian Market and close to several grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. Place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely book again!

Cesar’s place is so homey and beautifully decorated. Such a cozy vibe. The location is also perfect, not far at all from downtown or the pier. It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Spacious and comfortable - better than the pictures! A/C worked well, super clean, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location. Only thing to note is it is on a main road.

This place has a true home away from home feeling. I love all the creative touches that Caroline has around the house there’s art supplies and chalk walls and really interesting books everywhere. The yard also has a lot of character and ambiance and is a great place to chill and eat or do art etc. Caroline is really responsive and willing to help in anyway and offer recommendations etc. Thanks so much for such a pleasant stay!

such a beautiful place to pick for a state as an Airbnb felt right at home and distinctively very very cultural around us plenty things to do and the movies is right down the street venues eateries there's nothing like it and the state was awesome

Jenifer was very responsive to messages. Her home was clean, comfortable, and as described on the listing. It was the perfect size for the two of us and conveniently located near the beach and downtown!

Jeremy was a great host and his house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no issues during the stay and would definitely book again. I did not try out the hot tub but it looked clean and was ready to be enjoyed when I arrived.

It was a great location! The house had a great layout. Plenty of room for our family to rest, relax and share a meal!

We stayed at Kim’s place for 3 days over the weekend of May 26th. Kim was extremely helpful and responsive, especially considering we booked just the day before our trip. The house looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, especially when it comes to the bathroom, kitchen, and beach gear. I highly recommend staying here. If I come back to St. Petersburg, I’ll definitely rent this place again!

Great place. Cozy place with a great backyard patio/grill/pool/hot-tub area. The couch out back on patio was a favorite spot for siestas. Easy access to highway. Matt and Amy were super helpful and easy to work with.

We felt right at home at Jeff's place. Our family and extended family fit comfortably and the kids especially got excited that there was a bunk bed in one of the rooms! The house has character and we love it, creaky stairs and all. It was close to a lot of good restaurants and the North Shore pool which is where we needed to be that weekend. The house also had all the things we needed to cook dinner and wash some clothes. We had a little bit of an issue on our last night but Jeff came over quickly to help us out. Jeff was also very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Jeff's place if you need a homey and cozy place to stay and a kind host who is very responsive to any questions you may have. Thanks again, Jeff!

I wasn't able to stay in Miranda's place due to some air conditioning issues but Miranda was SUPER responsive and SUPER helpful in resolving the issue. Her communication was amazing and she was proactive in contacting support to help me out. Her house is awesome! Great location in a really nice neighborhood, well laid out and just wonderful. I was sad I didn't get to stay! I would definitely try to stay here again in the future.

First time in St. Pete and this place is awesome. Super clean, organized and modern. Close to the beach. Had a great time celebrating my birthday by the pool area. Super private and quiet neighborhood. My family and I love this place. You have everything you need in the house to have a smooth stay. Definitely would be staying again. 5 start place.
