Places to stay in Downtown, St. Petersburg

Richard and Angelita's home was exactly what I needed for my night out in Tampa. It was a solo trip, so the space was just the right size for me with a beautiful, peaceful space outside. There were so many restaurants within 15 minutes of the stay, so that gave plenty of options when deciding where to go. The hosts were very proactive with giving me information and making me feel I could reach out if I needed anything. I really appreciate the open communication and help that was given. I would recommend this stay if you want to be close to lots but not directly on the scene. Thank you Richard and Angelita!

Great host and beautiful location. Air BNB was fully stocked and he even let me fish off his dock. I will definitely be re booking with him.

This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The host was incredibly accommodating, even arranging for us to check in at 11 PM on short notice. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again! Words of advice, do not park in the spots in front of the building, because you will get a ticket from the city. We assumed all spaces were for the building but ended up getting a $90 ticket.

It was great. Katie was so friendly and the place was so cute and well kept and the perfect distance from everything.

Place is gorgeous and spacious in a great neighborhood! Beds are comfy and all the rooms are well appointed. Instructions were clear and the communication was very easy. Didn’t ask us to clean up much when we left which is so nice compared to some other places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was perfect for the two of us, plenty of room to spread out and everything was as described. We could easily Uber or walk to locals bars like Toasted Monkey, and found two great breakfast spots, La Croisette and Tiki Bagel.

Kids deserve to stay here! Waterpark is perfect with 4 passes included. Families paid 100s to get entry. Kids loved going up the waterslide. Nicely heated to make cooler spring break days (lower 70s) feel fine. Plenty of chairs for guests. Location is 5 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach, coffee shop, and Crabby's a local favorite for live music. We had a rental car, and in 10-20 minutes we could get to all the major attractions Clearwater/madeira. Parking was plentiful. Room is perfect and recommend getting the double balcony. One will overlook waterpark and Jakes (music every night.) Other will overlook the marina. Dolphins will swim in the marina. The kitchen is great for having supplies and washer/dryer handy. Beds are quality with firm feel. Showers have strong pressure. Provided wagon with chairs/sand buckets/umbrella great to get to beach. Remember to bring bodywash/shampoo/TP (WalMart is 1 mile away) Don't hesitate to stay here! The hosts are so responsive!

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.
