Had a great stay. Home was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed everything. The weather didn’t allow us to try the pool but the water was clean and sparkling. Very impressed. Super great that we were able to check in early and get some groceries in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay!

Conveniently located for downtown events and other activities in the area. Neighborhood was very quiet! Tip for future travelers, park on the street if you don’t want to get blocked in by people staying in other units! But if you’re going to an event downtown I’d just uber to them from the rental.

Such a fun place to stay! My son loved the basketball, the kitchen was gorgeous and it was super private. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves — the pool was a great bonus, especially with the hot Arizona weather. Thank you, Alane, for helping make such a special time even more memorable!

Copper House was fantastic for our group. Has pretty much everything you would need and grocery store is 1 minute away if there’s something you need. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Easy checkout w/o many asks of the guests. Would absolutely rent again.

This was a super cute Airbnb. The pool was amazing! I would recommend having blackout curtains in the bedrooms and would have appreciated if the house had the A/C on before we got there. It took about 8 hrs to cool down, but it was 105 degrees outside. Everything else was great!

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

Susan’s casita is the perfect, affordable spot for a getaway for my family to swim and relax. The casita, pool and barbecue area were sparking clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Susan and Robert were gracious hosts, respecting our privacy, undisturbed by the joyful noise of my kids at play. Though the casita and main house share the same lot, they are separated by a fence and we had the pool area to ourselves. We look forward to bringing our pup next time!

Second stay - gracious Host. Had a problem with Steam Shower not working till last day of stay that was a selling feature for us to book. Dohl was fast to respond but did take a couple days to correct. Would book again.

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

My family of four enjoyed staying here. We loved using the pool. We found a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for Father’s Day weekend! The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The pool was the perfect escape from the Phoenix heat, and we loved spending time outdoors grilling and relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and unwind as a family. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phoenix!

what a hidden gem! the pictures don't do this place justice! there were so many thoughtful things in place that weren't even in the listing! owners went above and beyond expectations.The bed & linens were incredible, i didn't wanna wake up! Pet-friendly, my lil girl felt right at home.There was even complimentary cold waters, coffee, creamer, wine, snacks, CHOCOLATE! if you forgot toiletries, they had everything covered for that as well! I only needed a safe place to stay the night before heading back from a quick trip, but I'm already planning another visit with this place in mind! I feel terrible that I forgot to write in the guest book,but hopefully this can be printed out and added to their huge book of testimonials! I really am incredibly blown away by this place! it was a last minute quick find after another location canceled last minute on me, but I truly believe it was meant to be. it was like visiting a close relative's home with all the attention to details! loved it!

The Blue Bungalow was worth every minute of our stay. The AC worked well, locks were user friendly, beds were comfortable, entire bungalow was updated, very clean, and the pool was an added bonus! The space was great for adults and families with children. I would recommend to anyone that needs a quiet, central location that is very stylish and comfortable. -Miki

We've rented other properties from Sacha several times before. They are always as described, and he is always an amazing host. Everyone enjoyed the refreshing pool over the hot Memorial Day Weekend. We'll definitely be back!

Special gem. Nostalgia alley and extra special little details that made this place so rememberable. Smelled great, soft bed and the bathroom shower was amazing. The host was superb. I’d stay here again. And very close to Glaii Baan.

James and Andy's backyard oasis (and pool house) was the perfect place to recuperate for a few days after running a conference downtown. You can't beat the experience of a private pool/spa during the warm spring weather in Phoenix. I had lots of questions and the hosts were very responsive and patient. The pool house was well-designed and organized with a full kitchen. Would happily come back if circumstances allow!

We were in Phoenix visiting our daughter and this was located just about 5 minutes from her place, and so we chose it mostly for that close proximaty. What a great addition that it was so lovely, comfortable and clean! Georgiana was proactive with communication, with quick and helpful replies as well. The bed was comfy, the kitchen full with anything we needed and the bathrooms were pristine. We event sipped our morning coffee in the private backyard which was a lovely way to the start the days. I've already contacted Georgiana about staying again when we come back to visit- it's on my list of favorites!

This is our third time in one of Krystal’s unit, all of them fantastic but I think this might be my favorite. Great kitchen, nice neighbors, great balcony, great view! The building is just at the edge of the core-downtown area so there’s lots to do. Krystal is awesome, she has always bent over backwards to make sure we are comfortable. There are fans in every room, and a portable AC for the couple of months the buildings main ac is shut down. There are extra blankets, games, oh, and a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Connor's condo! He was the absolute best host to work with. The condo was pristine, exactly as described and walkable to so many places. It is located an easy 10-12 minute drive from PHX airport, and is walkable (15-20 minutes tops) to Chase Field where we caught a Diamondbacks game. Connor left a fabulous list of recommendations of restaurants and things to see. Gallo Blanco and Wilderness were recommended and we loved both. The condo was equidistant to the Grand Canyon and Saguaro NP, so it was perfect for us when we decided to venture outside the city. Even with the extreme heat outdoors, we stayed cool and comfortable in the condo when we chose to stay in and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. We will stay here again on any return trips to Phoenix and recommend it highly!

This was a lovely stay! We especially loved the Britta filter and ice in the freezer being ideal for visiting this city. Everything we needed was within reach. One of my group members has stayed in numerous hotels over the years and said that trying this airbnb was a much better experience for her for staying away from home in a long time. Thank you!

This home was such a lovely place to stay-spacious, clean, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to unwind. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A few amenities, like the sauna and bed system, weren’t working during our visit, and we would have loved to use those (the home still had plenty to offer) . We’d definitely stay again the next time we have a chance to visit this area of Phoenix!
