You have found it! The perfect waterfront spot to enjoy the beauty of the Back Bay and Sandbridge oceanfront. Try one of our 5 kayaks (tandem, 3 singles and a fishing kayak), Jon boat, paddleboard and surfboard! Enjoy riding our bikes around the neighborhood or fishing off the porch. It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach to enjoy the sand and surf. And when you get back, our favorite spot is relaxing on the spacious porch with bay views at sunset to enjoy that peaceful, easy feeling!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Sandbridge! This property is ON the beach (unit itself is not facing the ocean) with access to 3 pools, a gym, local restaurants and much more! As you can see, guests LOVE my place! I frequently travel for work, spending a lot of time in hotel rooms. I know the NECESSITIES! ** I am currently replacing furniture and bedding so pics may not match perfectly. Need more room?? Bijan’s place was amazing! My husband and two small children were very comfortable here. The places offers all the comforts of home and all staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was nothing short of great. Not only is there an indoor pool to splash and play in with the kiddos, it is directly across the street from the ocean and in close proximity to so many great restaurants. Definitely a must place stay I guarantee you will love it just as much as we did. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future!

Beautiful place to get away for a long weekend. We have stayed in Sandbridge many times and this was one of our favorite places! Harriet was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Home was clean, comfortable, well kept with plenty of amenities. Enjoyed viewing wildlife from the windows (what a view, especially sunsets) We would definitely rebook for future visits.

Our stay was only 2 nights but they were so relaxing at the end of a busy busy trip! Being only steps from the bay was so beautiful and peaceful! There is a beach access only a block up from the entrance to the resort property which was super convenient. We were very happy with our stay!

This property was the home away from home that I needed. The home felt cozy and provided the comfort that I needed for an extended stay. The pictures provided are real! Brandy was a great host and her communication is top notch. The primary room was spacious and the en-suite was just what I needed after a long day at work. The kitchen was clean and not cluttered, which made it easy to cook meals. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting on the couch, with the fireplace on and watching TV. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend this property and Brandy as a host.

Great property with pool and tons of bbq areas. Perfect location to the beach. Beautiful, well wiped apartment with easy proximity to the parking spot and elevator. Loved it opened to a nice courtyard. Only negative is there were no luggage carts to move items in/out of apartment. We had to make multiple trips. Also, be advised the nearest supermarket and Target are 16 miles away. Easy ride, but not really nearby.

Jenna is a great host. Very responsive, personable throughout the process. Location is great. Right in the beach. Several restaurants are walkable. Beach here has a playground for the kids and a work out set up for those inclined. Pools and spa were great, especially on bad weather days.

Exactly as described. Check in process was easy with instructions. The front desk couldn’t find my reservation at first, she had to check around and then found it. Had everything I needed for my stay. Comfortable bed, clean, steps from the beach, parking pass. The host response time is amazing.
