Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

It was like a home to me. We have stayed there for 44 days with my wife and infant boy. The place was super clean. Host was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed for a whole month. From start to finish Andrea was always very friendly and accessible, she makes you feel right at home. The accommodation is in a nice and safe area. If you're a student, there's a library nearby, public transportation, and a supermarket in case you don't have a car. I recommend this place, thank you very much for all your attention!

Robert's place was spotless which is super important to me! He was always quick to respond and extremely helpful with requests. He was very apologetic when a previously approved late checkout couldn't be accommodated and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Airbnb was clean and spacious. It was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We did not make use of the splash pool so cannot comment on that. Communication with JC was excellent. Instructions for checking and checkout were clear, and they responded promptly to questions or problems. We did have an issue with loud next-door neighbors and eventually that was resolved. Overall our stay was pleasant and met our needs.

Great place to stay. Quiet, and very enjoyable. The Lanai was a great place to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed to make it HOMEY!

Angel was very friendly and responsive when we needed him. The Airbnb was also in a great location.

The home was beautiful, really clean, modern and Super relaxing. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. You are literally next to a shopping plaza that my puppy loved to take her walk and about 25 mins away from the beach. The host was ALWAYS there for us if any questions or help at anytime. Definitely worth the price!
