Alex was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is awesome, walkable to restaurants, bars. The water. The views of Miami and Biscayne bay were breathtaking. The area is safe, parking is easy in/out. The hotel makes the bellmen charge $20 service fee for their services, but that was no big deal- just know that’s a hotel policy, not the bell boys being mean or scammy. Close access to food, drug stores, easy highway access too. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this 3-bedroom condo at the 1 Hotel was incredible! Stunning space, amazing amenities, and the perfect South Beach vibe. While late check-out wasn’t possible, it didn’t take away from the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay. Clean and quiet area of hotel with private entrance. The room held to temp (cold - 65) which you know is not always easy in Florida, especially during day w blinds open. We had more than enough towels which was very important to me as well.

An outdoor area features a saltwater pool surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. A hot tub is situated nearby, accompanied by sleek lounge chairs. Seating options are provided with modern beanbags, while an outdoor kitchen visible in the background enhances the space.

Excellent. My friends were very impressed, and they're not easy to impress. The place was BEAUTIFUL and we had a great time. Residential neighborhood. Marc was very communicative. I'm a hermit so I prefer less communication but most people will love it. The jacuzzi blowers and heat are remotely operated so you text Marc and he turns them on for a half hour. Everything was as advertised. Appliances were immaculate. Vibes were immaculate. Everything just worked.

The living space features an open layout with a comfortable seating area highlighted by a large plush sofa and stylish accent chairs. A modern glass dining table is positioned nearby, along with elegant light fixtures, and large windows allow natural light to brighten the room.

Overall amazing stay at the W South Beach! Two small things to be aware of- not deal breakers but could be better communicated: 1) 1.5 baths - we were surprised that there was only one full bath for a two bedroom unit. This could have been better communicated in the listing. 2) the W recently changed the rules about use of pickleball and tennis facilities so we no longer had access to these. Luxury Rentals did supply a list of other options but none offered racquets so we were not able to play

A bit worn but The Setai is still a Topclass resort. The resort fee is a bit hefty but the level of service is high.
