Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown Los Angeles

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Kyle was a great host. He never disturbed us and only provided quick replies to any question or message. Clean, comfortable with a great location near J-Town shopping, food, bars and cafes. A special note: Our stay occured during the protests to ICE raids. It was very close to our place. That said, we never felt vulnerable or at risk. The building was quite secure and we came and went without incident in spite of the circumstances.

I had a great experience staying here! The host was incredible—you can truly tell she enjoys hosting. She was always reachable, communicated clearly, and promptly resolved any issues I had. I stayed for 16 days, and the property’s security gave me great peace of mind, which is very important to me. The space was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The host extended so much kindness throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone who values a quiet, clean, and safe place to stay.

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Great home and location, but the very best thing about this property was Carlos! His attention to detail and his drive to make sure everything was exactly how it should be were a fantastic comfort during my entire stay.

Before we even booked, I reached out to Kelly to ask about a venue location that we were also using. She responded very quickly and accurately. There were more areas in the house for reading or quiet time and our family surely enjoyed them. We were there for a family wedding and were gone most of our stay. Dynamite view, extremely comfortable, and worth the price. Thank you.

Sebastian's Place was nice. He was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. It was great to have a parking spot right in front of the property with a gate that provided extra security. It took us about 20 min to DTLA and 40 min to Santa Monica so keep that in mind when you have to navigate the highways. Overall, it was a nice experience for our stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Just was responsive and laid out all details about checkin and checkout. He was clear and honest. Beautiful and clean space. It was close to everything and lots to do. The space felt safe and homey. If I ever return to LA, I would stay here again if possible.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
