A perfect spot to stay for a couple of nights in Halifax. It felt like with a 10-15 minute drive you could get almost anywhere in Halifax from here, so a perfect location. We had our dog with us and the fenced back yard was perfect. There was a cute park just a 10 minute walk away that our dog loved. Very grateful for the ease of this spot!

My wife, friends and I had a great time in Nova Scotia and Candace's location was perfect for us.

Lots of extra touches. Wonderful welcome basket that even included dog toys and treats (including wine for the 2-legged guests). Loved having the washer/dryer to use (when you are travelling this is really nice). Overall very positive experience.

Kelly and Doris are incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Our stay was a last minute booking. Both kelly and Doris helped us feel right at home. The property is an Oasis. It has everything your family will need. The pictures do not do it justice. The quiet peacefulness you feel well sitting by the lake is everything you want and need. We will be coming back!

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. Kate was awesome as was Nikki. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to Tuna Blue. We also went to the Hubbards beach, which was a short drive. We will definitely be back again!! :)

The cottage in Hubbards was ideal for our stay. My daughter loved the little playground behind. Everything was clean and it was an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you for your great place and kind discussions whenever we passed each other during the days!

PAM & J.P were extraordinary. We were delighted with our stay and fell in love with Nova Scotia. The animals were an unexpected extra. Gustave is going to miss Maple a lot. Small comment WHICH IS NOT A CRITICISM. The refrigerator is not very big, so don't do too much grocery shopping at once. We arrived with too many things and not everything fit. But again, that's okay. There's a grocery store not far away. It's very easy. Just don't plan too far ahead if you have a big family like mine. The pool is amazing!!!!! Close to lots of beautiful beaches. We had a great time with the family!!!

we absolutely loved our stay in the cottages! We were able to use a lot of their amenities, Kayaks, boat, pool.. it was so much fun and we made some great memories as a family! Thank you to Katelyn for the great cottage and customer service, we hope to come back again :)

Doris’ place was excellent. The house and yard were beautiful, quiet and private with access to the lake. The place offered Something for everyone in our group (7 of us between the ages of 11 and 75 years) to keep entertained and relaxed. We had the best time and would love to stay again. The amenities were as described in the listing and she was a very responsive host!

We booked Andrea’s place for a 3 day weekend to visit relatives in Halifax. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night as we had to return home early due to an unexpected power outage at our house. Although we only stayed one night, Andrea’s place was wonderful!! The fenced in yard and very few stairs up to the bedrooms and to get into the house was great for our dog! We loved the decor and coziness of the whole house! Comfy bed!The kitchen had everything you could think of and more!! Andrea was very responsive and helpful and even left some treats for us and our dog😊. Greatly appreciated! Would love to return when the weather is better and we can stay longer! Highly recommend Andrea’s place!!

This was our second extended stay at Francois's, and just like the first, his hospitality, the location, and the lovely property exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home. Francois was a wonderful host, quick to communicate and extremely helpful. The home was spotless and well appointed and modern. The property is Serene and peaceful for anyone looking to get away from the city while avoiding a lengthy trip. Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day!

Good location for the price. Nothing fancy but comfortable stay. Don was very responsive to any questions and proactive in his communication. Parking was very tight - would caution if you have a large vehicle or if you’re not comfortable parking in tight spaces. Had some difficulty managing temperature the first night but once I figured it out it was fine.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Beautiful walks nearby, well-equipped kitchen, quiet but still not far from the airport. And the best: very nice and helpful hosts!

This was a perfect location for us visiting family nearby. The house was immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. Will definitely stay there on return trips. We met Sarah who was delightful and very accommodating.

I cannot begin to explain how perfect the Green Suite was! The check-in was a breeze! Cartney greeted us upon arrival, and offered to help us with our luggage. He proceeded to bring us around the back of the house to show us the suite, and provide some tips and show us all the amenities the suite had to offer. We were also greeted by Mylo, a sweet pup! He just wanted to meet us, and then he was on his way! The suite, where do I begin? The thought and passion put into the decor, the comfort, the amenities… simply incredible. Every item available for use in the suite was labeled in both French and English. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Lots of beverage choices, such as tea, coffee, bottled water and canned pop. The suite had a bunch of snacks/food that you could buy by way of an honour system. Craving chips, hot chocolate, nuts, popsicles?…the honour system cantine has you. The jacuzzi was so clean, and so relaxing! I’m running out of characters. I could write for days!
