Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Grand Rapids

Highly recommend Mindy‘s property. It is so clean, modern and comfortable and a great base when you’re in the Grand Rapids area, especially if you are visiting a student at Calvin University. It is literally minutes from the campus and you can totally walk there.

Location is fantastic. We had tickets to a concert at Van Andel Arena and were able to walk to and from. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Access door is off the main street but host provided great instructions including photo which made it easy to find. Lots of communication via the app early and often. Setup in the condo had lots of great instructions and local recommendations. Would stay with this host in this location again.

This was the perfect place for us and our out of town guests to stay for our wedding. It was spacious and clean. It had fun amenities. It was walkable to all of the bars and restaurants. Just be careful of the spiral staircase if you do go to the bars!

This place is so unique! Well decorated and comfortable for our group of four people. If you’re a light sleeper I would bring ear plugs for the master bedroom. It’s over the kitchen of the restaurant downstairs and gets loud when they come in to prep at like 6am. We were thankful for great light blocking curtains and ample bedding/extra blankets. Some Airbnb’s skimp on these things but not this one.

We were in town for a concert at Van Andel arena. The condo is within an easy walk to the arena and everything else that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer. The unit was clean and quiet. A parking garage is located right next door to the building, which was very convenient. Tom's place provided us an enjoyable weekend trip to Grand Rapids. Thank you, Tom!

This was a great stay for us while in town for a concert at the Van Andel Arena. It was about a 10 minute walk to the venue, which was great. Lots of food and breweries in the area. Beautiful little area and convenient location. Steps away from the DASH (free city offered shuttle for downtown). Would definitely recommend this area to stay in. Beware for those with bad backs, the furniture isn't the most comfortable, but certainly wasn't a problem.

I had a hard time justifying the extra cost, but it was really convenient to the Van Andel arena. We walked a little after the show, found an open ice cream place near Rosa Parks ice skating area. big city, so limited comfort in walking near by, but doable. This is a very nice space, very clean and comfortable.

Everything about this place was amazing. I did a last minute booking. The host was so nice and helpful. 10/10 I highly recommend

This condo was very clean with a great location. Layout was perfect for our family. spacious and a quiet area. Directions were clear and host was communicative. Loved the garage! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

A great option to stay close to Grand Rapids with plenty of space but avoid much costlier areas. We were able to Uber downtown very easily and quickly and enjoy all that GR has to offer.

Beautifully restored condo in a lovely older home. Covered parking for two cars. Modern decor and lots of space. Large closet in main bedroom. Comfy beds.

Host had great communication and so helpful. Very spacious condo convenient location for nearby attractions and points of interest. Holland was only an easy 30 minutes away. Minutes from a great mall and cinema with lots of restaurants and stores. Pet friendly which was very important to us. Friendly neighbors in our complex and in the neighborhood. Highly recommend a stay here. We look forward to staying again.

In town for a mid-week family function, no hotel near our relatives’ home. This apartment/condo was a great find just a block away and a lot more room than we expected. It’s a lovely neighborhood, back off the quiet road a ways, and very clean/comfortable. The king bed and bedding were very comfortable. If we need a place again, we will be sure to stay here. Livesuites makes the entire booking, stay, and checkout a breeze. Thank you.

This is my 3rd stay in the last 6 months in this neighborhood. The condos are clean, well decorated but not cluttered and very modern. I like the area too. Responsive hosts. Kind.

We took a whole youth group to this Airbnb at it was such a good experience all around

It was a great place to stay, friendly people, fast elevator, water temp and pressure fine. The beds were not as comfortable as I like. Love how spacey and high the ceilings are. TV did not work in one of the bedrooms. I think the facial recognition at the entrance is an invasion of privacy and don't recommend as one time the screen froze. I would recommend having the cart available upon arrival instead of way up on the 11th floor. Was a bit confusing. All in all, it was a great place to stay, just a bit too high a price for the amenities, as the pool was closed for the year.

We had a great stay, however, it wasn't as homey as many Airbnb's. It was quiet and the residents in the building were all very pleasant. It could have used a little better dusting, but was quite clean.

Great home base for two families exploring Grand Rapids and Holland for a long weekend. The building is a bit quirky but that is part of the charm if you have kids with you. The pool was a great added bonus!

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!
