Newer construction, 4400 sqf Chefs kitchen with Wolf range overlooking a 1200 bottle wine cellar, Dining seating for 10 plus 4 more at the massive 16’ island. 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 16 guests. Full movie theater with 144” screen. Commercial gym. Back deck and yard space, roof deck with outdoor TV and 360’ city views!
