Newly Renovated Hip Historic Loft, Walk Everywhere!

*Renovated 2023. New kitchen, new bed & linens, updated furnishings Our spacious and modern loft sits inside a striking historic building and is filled with art and photography from all over the world. When the weather is good, and it often is, step out to the beautiful patio and enjoy waking up with a coffee or wind down as the day cools into evening. After exploring Atlanta during the day recline on the massive sectional and indulge in some Hulu or Netflix on the 55” TV. We also provide 2 bikes which our guests love riding around town! Find our nerf guns for some play during your stay : ) Open, inviting loft space with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The living room has all the amenities, 50" TV, Netflix, Hulu etc (and Amazon Fire TV), bluetooth speaker and large sectional couch. Outside there is a relaxing patio with 2 rocking chairs overlooking our "yard", a fantastic and large green oasis in the middle of the city. Venture across the yard and check out the active glass blowing studio- you could even sign up for a class or take home a souvenir. We have city bikes available right outside our complex for your use to explore the surrounding area, perhaps taking a leisurely ride on the 2 mile paved beltline running from our complex to Piedmont Park. Our kitchen is complete with everything you'd need to cook for yourself, pots and pans, spices, etc. A large desk with a widescreen monitor allows for productivity should you need to work. Check-in time is 3pm, checkout is 11am We've got a brand new parking garage with our own dedicated spot only 500 feet away - access couldn't be any easier Interaction with guests is limited. We will be available if you have questions or if there is a problem during your stay From the loft, it's walking distance to Atlanta's Beltline, the MLK National Historic Site, and Edgewood Avenue- Atlanta's Best Street for a night out. There are eating options galore too, including America's top new restaurant, Staplehouse and Krog Street Market, a food hall with 15 unique restaurants inside. Our loft sits in the premier place to relax and enjoy the best sights, food, nightlife and culture that Atlanta has to offer. We're steps from the beltline trail, and within less than a mile there are stops for both the MARTA rail system and the Atlanta street car. Using public transport you can quickly reach such attractions as the Aquarium, the College Football Hall of Fame, or anywhere else around town (all while skipping Atlanta traffic). And don't forget about our 2 trusty bikes available for your use. Lastly we've got great access to highways 20, 75 and 85.
