A 5th bed as a single rollaway (proper comfy full width mattress) is also available. Located in the heart of Braddon, a few mins walk to the city and 5-7 min walk to ANU. This private self-contained unit occupies the entire top floor of a modern house in tree-lined Braddon with a stunning view of Mt Ainslie. It has a private keyless system, spacious living room, functional kitchen, balcony and is located near shops and public transport. The unit is fully insulated with a split ductless system to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. It's a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants on Lonsdale street, and another short walk to Canberra's CBD.

Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
