Large and magnificent cabin for use in all seasons

Great log cabin over two levels, so centrally located on Høvringen that it is possible to access. The cabin is scenic with great views at the edge of Rondane National Park. The area is a great starting point for any kind of nature experience. In summer time, the area offers good hiking and biking possibilities along marked trails. From the area there is access to ten peaks of over 2000 m above sea level. Winter time there are driven trails just outside the property. Here, there are countless opportunities for both large and small.

A covered porch presents outdoor seating with cozy textures, overlooking a serene landscape. Bare trees and patches of snow complement the view, while a gravel area extends into the natural surroundings. A rustic wooden structure adds character to the inviting outdoor space.

Cozy cabin at Grimsdalen

Nice location for both summer and winter. Perfect conditions for walking south towards Rondane and north towards Dovrefjell. The cabin is located just below the tree line, a stone's throw from Grimsdalsveien. In winter there are driven ski slopes all over the mountain, which go right past the cabin. The cabin is a traditional family cottage where children can romp in the loft with TV and games, and the family can enjoy themselves in front of the fireplace in the living room. Outdoor area with fireplace and good room for everyone!

Cheerful, central house with free parking

From this central accommodation, the whole family has plenty of space. New restored year 2021. 3 bedrooms with 3 Double beds. Private shower/WC and private guest WC. Patio both front and back of the house, barbecue facilities. Just 1.7km to the city centre, where you will find eateries and grocery stores plus more. Just a few minutes you are on Dovrefjell. Activities in the scenic area include: Moskus safari and several great trips for both big and small. I highly recommend Lorkvenn, an experience for itself.

We live in a small shop with pets and a kitchen garden. At the edge of the courtyard in the courtyard is a single-family home from 1979. The house is family friendly with a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to put your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a seat valley with free range livestock and a rich plant and wildlife. It's in the Tour de Dovre bike route.
