We had a wonderful weekend get away, staying at William's cozy, pristine cottage, close to beautiful sunsets, yummy local ice cream parlors, restaurants, yet set on a quiet tree lined street. William was very helpful, greeting us when we arrived, and easy to communicate with if necessary. We would highly recommend this cottage to couples.

Five stars across the board! Great layout with lots of fun space inside and out. We travel with our two rescue dogs and appreciate the owners who welcome them. Great side yard for them to run around off-leash. Ample gates, lights and security in a beautifully decorated home. Second floor deck and sunroom were favorite spots to relax looking out at the water and watching the cute duck family swim the canal. The kitchen is very nice, especially love the fridge! Also a Wine cooler and an extra mini fridge available for those who need them. Was just me and my husband and two dogs; our adult daughter stopped by for two nights and had the whole second floor to herself. Next time, we could easily bring more family members as plenty of room for larger group. After a rough year, we needed the peace and quiet this location brings. Nice neighbors, too.

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.

We had a fabulous stay last weekend while we were in Chestertown for a wedding. Ryla was a fantastic host, providing ample information prior to check in, as well as accommodating our last-minute request for a later check out. The house was impeccable, with ample room for our family, a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook a great Easter breakfast, and beautiful furnishings and decor that still felt homey and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend you book it quick if you are looking for an amazing house to rent in Chestertown!

We had a wonderful time at Colleen's home - the house was beautiful, was appointed with all the things we needed, and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed several nights listening to the ocean from the patio. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Roland’s house. The small town was perfect and the location to everything was superb. The house is full of character in very good ways! We cannot wait to come back soon!

Awesome apartment with really nice and thoughtful decor. Very big and spacious, and the full bath and half-bath came in handy even for just two people. The location is perfect for HdG centrality. We very much enjoyed our stay and, after lots of experience in AirBNBs, this ranks among the best we've stayed at.

This was our 2nd time staying at Kimberley's place this year and we had a great stay both times. She has a beautiful home and everything was as described. She was very responsive and her hone was very welcoming! she even made us tasty treats and left us a welcome drink for us as we checked in. She left us a nice welcome back card and we felt right at home. This has definitely become our favorite place to stay when we go to the Chesapeake!

This was our second time staying at Bonnie Jo’s place. It has been clean and homey both times. The area is nice and quiet and it’s great to sit on the deck in the mornings with coffee. We brought our dogs this second time and it was great to have the enclosed outside for them to be able to hang outside with us. There was also plenty of space for our dogs’ crates. Bonnie Jo’s place is a great place to stay and we hope to stay again!

We stayed at Dana's place for a surprise proposal for my daughter. It was perfect. It is a close distance to 2nd Street in Lewes, DE where there are many quaint shops and places to eat. We were also there for the Christmas weekend which was fabulous. The place was spacious and just as described. The bed linens were white and obviously clean. All the bedrooms were a nice size and the mini splits heating/ air conditioning units in the two bedrooms were wonderful. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the large tv in the living room. We would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay! Everything I needed, beautifully and thoughtfully set up, a block from downtown, and an pleasant walk (or drive) to the Chester River right through the historical section of town, especially in the morning or early evening when everything is peaceful. Many thoughtful touches upon arrival - right down to biscuits for the dog - and helpful things like a basket of travel sized toiletries in case I'd left something behind. The hosts were easily available if needed but explanations were clear and everything intuitively set up, so I didn't need a thing. Thanks, Beth and Bob!

We were visiting Rehoboth Beach briefly for the marathon, and John's place was the perfect spot to stay! Just half a mile to the boardwalk/beach, and super close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops in Rehoboth. John was in touch with us early and shared a helpful check-in guide well ahead of our stay. Comfortable bed, cozy apartment - highly recommend!

Enjoyed a sister weekend. Off season is nice and quiet.

Beth’s condo is in a great location within Bear Trap Dunes. It is the perfect spot for a Delaware golf trip. Very spacious unit with nice touches

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Manish and Monika were so helpful. The property was beautiful and secluded. My family really enjoyed the game room. We would love to come back again for our next track weekend at NJMP!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Janelle was very responsive and very accommodating. She responded immediately to every question!

Rajan was such a great person to work with leading up to and during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. More than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is fantastic with beaches and plenty of activities within a short distance. The three pools within the neighborhood were a great addition with two kids. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
