Vacation rentals with a kayak in Douglas County

The home was perfect for our group in town for a family wedding. Everything was as described and during our down time the deck was the perfect place to relax and visit. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the lake views. Thank you for everything!

What a beautiful stay we had. Marks house is a beautiful, serene retreat perfect for a large group or as in our case a family reunion vacation. Lake Miltona is lovely. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again when on the area. Thank you Mark!

We have a friend group of 10 adults and growing growing children. To find a place that fits all of us comfortably is a challenge, but this place was the perfect size. We had multiple places to hang out and we weren’t on top of each other. We will definitely be back again!

This was a perfect space for a friend board game weekend. The house was spacious for everyone and the backyard and lake view was beautiful.

This is a great place for people to congregate! My family and I got together at this place and whether the hot tub was loved by kids or the nice backyard by the water with plenty of beds. Wonderful home and would highly recommend!

We stayed at the Miller Bay Hideaway over MEA weekend. located right in the water, we enjoyed the bonfire pit and gazing out over the lake. The 20 minute drive to Alexandria was easy to go to shops, and there are a few great places in Osakis, just a few minutes away.

We had a wonderful time at Mary's Place. The charming home was spacious and easily accomadated our group. The access to the water was perfect and the lake is great. We would definitely recommend this property.

This use to be a summer camp that they've purposed into the airbnb, so there's lots of space. I was the only person staying on the property while I was there and it was great for a secluded retreat to think. I loved how isolated it was and peaceful.

We were greeted at the facility by a warm friendly couple who made us feel right at home. Nothing fancy here, just a clean comfortable private room in the middle of a peninsula surrounded by a landscape you sort of hope heaven is all about.

Stacie was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the views of beautiful sunsets over the lake. It was fun to go kayaking and play on the lillypad. The place had everything we needed. Our stay was very peaceful!

Connie's place made great entertainment for our two families' joint vacation. Outdoor on a calm quiet small lake with beach, fishing dock, and plenty of floats and quality SUP board and kayak. Lots to do indoor with gym and board games. Well stocked to cook with grill, griddle grill, popcorn maker, etc etc. Close enough to Alexandria to stop in for day trip

Clean, charming cottage with queen bed and pull out from couch. There was a musty smell upon entrance from being closed up but faded once room was opened up (windows and/or AC). Towels were available and toilet paper, really appreciated that. No tv, as walking around the peninsula is more peaceful. Great hiking in woods or around lake. Very quiet. We will definitely return! Amy was responsive and attentive if needed. Will look forward to future visits!

We loved staying in one of the cottages. Very clean and comfortable. We lucked out that things weren't very busy the weekend we visited so it was incredibly quiet. Even on a busier weekend, it still would be a great place, lots of space to explore. The beach was very nice with paddle boats, paddle boards and kayaks up for grabs. Amy and Tim were excellent hosts and quick to respond to questions. The cottage had a larger-than-average mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee pot. We did assume that it would have well water (which is perfectly fine to drink, but an acquired taste) so we brought a 5 gallon jug for drinking water, just an fyi. We will definitely be visiting again!

I've been coming to Spitzer to fish for a few years, and let me tell you this property is beautiful! If you're coming to take a fishing trip, this could be right up your alley. 10 mins from the launch and the sunrises and sunsets were great! We ended up switching to a cabin, and Amy and her team handled it with ease. They were very easy to communicate with if you needed anything. Don't hesitate to book here!

We had a very nice visit with our adult son, his spouse and two grandchildren. Worked really well with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. The lake is really nice and also rented the pontoon. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street and exactly as pictured. The grandkids liked fishing off the dock, provided LillyPad, clean water with sandy bottom and tubing on the pontoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s cabin! It is extremely clean and peaceful. Our family enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the patio. We hope to be back next summer!

Our stay in the white cabin was wonderful. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed kayaks(with life jackets, charcoal and grill, fire pit with fire wood, and play set amenities! Views were amazing. Will recommend to others!

had a great time fishing, caught a variety of fish off the dock... up until the turtles discovered free food. tons of beautiful wildlife. enjoyed canoeing the lake.

Our weekend at the cozy cabin was beyond our expectations!! We felt very welcome at the cabin and by Trista who made sure we were happy and content. Very clean roomy cabin, the landscaping is beautiful and the ease to get to the lake was seamless. All was so wonderful that I am planning to stay there again soon!!! It was a nice place, super clean and comfortable - very responsive host - very fun trip! Beautiful view of the lake from the living room and deck, right on the water with kayaks and floaties to chill in the water. Lake Reno bar and grill just steps away with great food, drinks and staff! Everyone we met was very friendly :)

We really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again. The home is beautiful inside and out. This is a great place for couples. The bed was very comfortable. This is probably my favorite Air BnB I’ve stayed at.

Love this cozy cabin! Being right on the water was amazing! The lake was clean and the whole property was well maintained! It was welcoming and felt like home! We had zero issues and Luke was clear about check in and check out instructions which was much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!
