We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this beautiful townhome! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, well-maintained, and very inviting. It can comfortably accommodate multiple guests, though it was just the two of us this trip. The layout was perfect, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen that made it easy to cook meals, a large living room, and both a back and front porch for relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. On our first night, we needed to reach out to the host, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping us quickly resolve the situation. Everything went smoothly after that. We originally booked for two nights but needed to extend our stay by an additional night, and the host was again very flexible and helpful. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! The house is a cute little half duplex. My wife loved the yellow door. The use of space is well thought out. It has recently been remodeled and is very modern. The two bedrooms are large, each with it's own bathroom. The king beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is clean with plenty of counterspace. The house is in a quiet, but friendly neighborhood, very close to Marrietta Square and everything else in the area. I visit family here once or twice a year and would definitely pick this house again if it is available.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

My family of 4 and dog stayed here for a week to get away from the hurricane in FL. Place was great. Quiet. Nice fenced in back yard. Quiet neighborhood we could take walks in. Internet was fast so both my wife and I could work remotely. 10 min drive to a ton a really good food options. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating to us. And only 30 min to downtown Atlanta. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, neighborhood location.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen’s home in Midtown - it was the perfect base for our weekend family visit. The layout was ideal, with en-suite bathrooms in every room and great communal space for relaxing together. The location was unbeatable, the two parking spots were a huge bonus, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in town with a group.
