House vacation rentals in Douglas County

Me and my team had been in Colorado for the last 4 months working and for our last 3 weeks there we were able to find this amazing deal of a house where we felt like we were finally back home. The house is beautiful the neighbors and neighborhood was amazing! It was so peaceful being able to go walk the path at night and talk with all of the neighbors. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend she has multiple other properties too and they all look so gorgeous in the pictures! You won’t regret staying here!

Richard’s house was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

Great spot for a large group

My stay was excellent! Very nice and new home that was tucked away in a safe and private neighborhood. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Host was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.

From the moment we walked into the place we were greeted by a cozy fire and beautiful views. Because of an early November snowstorm we had to navigate the steep decent to the back of the house upon check in but it was shoveled and we just took it slow. For this reason I would not recommend this place for anyone with difficulty walking or elderly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay very much. Milo their dog is the sweetest thing ever!

Great place to stay and the Hosts went above and beyond!

The house is peaceful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk and view the mountains. Grocery stores are within walking distance and the same for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The home is updated, very clean and peaceful. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas.

Large home- great to accommodate a large family or multiple families. Definitely have a 4wd car as they say in the winter months. Thank you for the stay!

Zack’s place was quaint and cozy — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Even during a snowstorm, we were comfortable and able to order in without any issues. It was the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy some peaceful downtime. Would definitely recommend!

Andrea and Damon were amazing hosts with awesome communication. Would recommend to anyone traveling this way and would absolutely book again if I’m ever in the area. Was beautiful, quiet and so cozy. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and make everything as convenient as possible.

This place was so spacious and had everything we needed during our first family vacation! Hosts were responsive and answered our questions before and during our stay. The property is secluded and a drive away from grocery stores and Colorado spsrings but it was beautiful.

The house was exactly as described and communication was easy. Everything was exactly what we expected except the setting was nicer than we could have imagined- great views - highly recommended.

Great little house to stay at in Parker. Close to shopping and Main Street, easy to get to, family friendly neighborhood. House is clean and comfortable to stay in. Would rent again to see family in the area.

This is a terrific home in a terrific location. Quiet, peaceful, close to shopping. Allie is wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our needs. Truly a home away from home.

This property was absolutely wonderful! So many amentities even condiments and extra food in the fridge . They decorated the place for Easter in such a cute and subtle way. This place is perfect for families as there is plenty of space , games. The beds were very comfortable and they made sure to label so many things so not co fusion on how to use anything in the house. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

I would stay here again and again. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were amazing.

The Kroll Loft is a really nice place to stay. Easy to find, plenty to do (it’s CO!), and great local places for food. Todd was very responsive to a few questions and even dropped off a new ironing board when I couldn’t locate the small tabletop version in the Loft. Great in-town location to walk to Wilcox and Perry streets and the kick-a— brand new library. The price charged by Todd was very reasonable at $136 and change each night. The cleaning fee of $100 was reasonable as well. What isn’t reasonable is the ridiculous amount of taxes to pay and the absurd AirBnB fee. These two add-on costs was like paying for 2.5 extra nights. Clearly, not the owners’ fault.
