Townhome vacation rentals in Douai

We stayed three nights in Annezin, in a particularly difficult time for my wife and I, following the recent death of our 20-month-old son. What we found in this home, beyond impeccable comfort and exemplary cleanliness, was real human warmth. Our hosts showed rare kindness, caring hospitality and reassuring proactivity. Their understanding of our situation was deeply touching. Their delicacy and respect brought a little comfort at a time when everything seemed overwhelming. A huge thank you to them for their kindness and the quality of their hospitality. This stay, despite the context, will remain for us a parenthesis of humanity.

We had a pleasant stay with family in Bethune. Accommodation close to the city center, spacious house (there were 8 of us) and very well-equipped. Communication with Sophie was very friendly and attentive.

Quiet accommodation, close to shops and public transport. Friendly host (offers coffee on arrival, the friendliness of the North) responsive to messages, caring. I would recommend it in a second.

Super short weekend at Sylvie's who is a really friendly and welcoming person, warm who always has a smile and puts her travelers at ease. I recommend it!!

I recommend this place to stay in Arras. There is everything that you can need in your daily life: a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy upstairs space, your parking space in front of the house, the supermarket is very close, the train station and main square as well. On top of that Véronique is very friendly and attentive.

Michel's place is perfect for punctual stays. Visiting the city for a wedding, the house has a lot of charm and is functional. It felt like home. We did not cook in the accommodation, I cannot judge. The little extra thing we loved, the presence of Petroleum her adorable cat who came to sleep with us! Let us know if you have any issues with this.

Pauline greeted us at the property and showed us around. It's a lovely house in walking distance of the Grand Place. Spotlessly clean. Overall just very good value. Highly recommended.

I cannot expect more comfortable and convenient property than Adrienne’s. Just a few steps from Bellfroi and the Place des heros. Everything was at the right place, in a right way. Each room has its own modern, spotless bathroom. Adrienne is the kindest host I’ve ever had. She lives just across the property (with her husband who had such professional, practical advices on UNESCo cemeteries and such things we inquired) waiting hours to greet us in person. Whenever I had inquiries she answered just a second. I definitely would like to stay Adrienne’s when I have chance to visit Arras, a lovely, historical city.

Luc is a welcoming and caring host. We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Waking up with a view of a small pond and a beautiful garden: what happiness. We are delighted to have been able to communicate with Luc, and to have a pleasant time at the "little house"

Superb accommodation with all the comforts, enough for a pleasant stay. The house looks like a mini museum with its paintings and decor. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is located on a quiet street and close to the center. We chose this place to be close to the cobbled areas of Paris-Roubaix. We were only 10 minutes from the paved area 16, if this interests a future host ;-) Thanks to Juliette for hosting us 🙂

Spacious accommodation, pleasant terrace and garden, furniture a little old but comfortable. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of space. Shops, friterie, kebab and excellent bakery within 100m, it was very convenient.

Second stay in the apartment, always as nice, pretty and clean. I will probably rent again the next time I visit Arras. Antoine is a very gracious, responsive and accommodating host. Recommended again ☺️

We booked this house for a trip to Lens and Arras to visit the Christmas market. The house is very cozy and well laid out. The host, Mrs. Ann, is very friendly. We really enjoyed our stays.
