My husband and I stayed at Willis' place for two days. The apartment is quiet and central. Not only does it have everything you need, but also some beautiful and original things, as well as an interesting selection of books. We particularly liked Willis' warm hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

I can highly recommend the apartment. Very clean, well equipped and restaurants, bakeries, TS in the immediate vicinity. We'd love to come back!

Thanks to Samir and his likeable wife. Communication was straightforward and fast. Our stay in their spacious, clean and beautiful attic apartment could not have been better. The temperature in the apartment left nothing to be desired due to the underfloor heating. The area was quiet, close to nature and the stay very pleasant and relaxed. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the two existing balconies due to the bad weather - next time…😊

We had a great time at Tanja and Billy's. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. Everything went smoothly and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than expected. The apartment was much nicer than expected and left nothing to be desired. Absolutely well equipped. We would come back. Just a great location with plenty of options for kids.

The stay was good and the apartment clean.

14 days of vacation in a beautiful accommodation. Checking was easy and very simple, parking was not a problem as there were always enough parking spaces on the street. The house is in a very green neighborhood and we were awakened every day with birdsong. The furnishings are completely great, we lacked nothing, we could also use the garden. Anja provided us with a very clean accommodation and made extra space in the garage for our bikes. Anje is also happy to help at any time and gives good tips. We took beautiful bike rides along the Ruhr.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. A concrete suggestion for improvement was well received.

This is a very special place for Gelsenkirchen, very spacious, great for two persons and OK for another pair if they are family (we had a family member join us for 2 days). Imagine Zipper right next door! And the host kindly gave us a coupon for them. Out the back is a beautiful small Japanese pond (yes really!) and one evening we spotted a Heron inn it looking for goldfish! Also street-trolleys are right in front. It wasn’t too loud at night although residents do gather at Zipper for socializing until late. The social center directly next door gave beautiful singing lessons in the late afternoon, with windows open!

I needed a safe place for myself and my car since I was moving house and had treasured items with me. I was able to park the car on the property in front of (and below) the room. The road is pretty quiet even though there it is on a (convenient) bus route into town. The room description is accurate, so it is quite quirky. Lots of potentially handy little items tucked away neatly in the room. Easy to get around without a car: I went into town by bus (stop is 20m away) and came back on an e-scooter that I was able to park opposite. I loved the availability of bikes. I rode around the lake and into town all on cycle paths.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The listing was exactly what we imagined and there was free food and drink. Simply wonderful!

Heike and Mike are great hosts. We were received in a very friendly manner and they were there to help us. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully designed and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy, the lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and the comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. Good pressure in the shower also pleased. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with a fully equipped kitchen so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past, half a day was spent washing dishes - this is not an option for those who intend to cook food themselves. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezer was found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by the evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is great! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Just everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transportation is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And you also have shopping nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.

It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
