The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

The beautiful two-family house is located on a sunny southern slope north of the old town, quiet traffic location, close to nature with the vineyards and the chestnut forest behind the house. Conveniently located, only 8 min. Walking distance to public transport, very good shopping in the city and in the commercial area (supermarkets). 15 min. walk to the spa and spa park. With a view from the window, the city of Bergzabern with the castle is at your feet. The southern route of the Way of St. James passes by my place.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Just a stone's throw from the French border, in the middle of Tuscany Germany you live very quietly in a stylish half-timbered cottage directly on the wine road. "Tiny house" in downtown Bad Bergzabern. The cottage consists of a high, bright, open space with a gallery. Downstairs is the living area, the small functional bathroom with shower and an open kitchen, upstairs are the beds. At the large dining table or in the two cozy armchairs with poufs for the feet, you can make yourself comfortable. The cottage is the ideal chic "base camp" for nature experiences in the Palatinate Forest, tours to nearby Alsace, the vineyards and much more.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Treehouse on stilts with two bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Balcony and stilted terrace overlooking Trifels Castle. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and are accessible on foot via a tarred hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart from us for your luggage. We will be waiting for you at the reception desk of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels for check-in.
