Sauna and out on the property a small rippling mountain stream and barbecue area. Hiking and skiing around the corner and only five minutes by car to the village, Borga ski center and the slopes. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Live in central Storuman but still directly by the lake close to outdoor activities such as fishing, boating and trail walking. If you pick berries or catch fish you'll appreciate the large freezer. Cook you own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Our cottage is ideal for experiencing what Storuman has to offer or just sit back and do nothing. Our guests like the silent surroundings and the porch view. Please note: Self service - Bring own bed linens and clean the cabin before departure.

For extra peace and relaxation, you can also book the wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

In our typically Swedish guest hut, you will find 30m2 of space in two rooms. In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. In our small kitchenette, which is very comfortably equipped and the practical small oven, you could easily prepare a delicious meal. The woodburning stove radiates the charm of hut romanticism and lets you relax in comforting warmth. There are several dogs in the area!
