Make your break simple in my calm, 2015 built, well insulated, warm holiday home, all on one level. A 5 minute walk into Dornoch with its stylish Scottish stone buildings, Cathedral, pubs, restaurants, cafes & gorgeous independent shops. Its one mile from the stunning beach and famous Royal Dornoch golf course. The house is our personal respite holiday home away from our Scottish Highlands rewilding croft 15 miles away. Dornoch has a special seaside micro climate and is always warmer than Muie!

The cottage sleeps two, in a cosy king-sized bed, with direct access to a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with log stove and views to the loch. Dufftown is 3 miles, Keith is 8 miles and the village of Drummuir is 2.5 miles Wifi service is limited due to location

Easter Arr is a private house, in a beautiful, quiet, rural location, set in 3 acres of well maintained garden. We are centrally placed between Nairn and Forres, ideally situated for many tourist attractions & 3 Championship golf courses. It is equipped with a hair dryer, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, toaster and microwave. Suitable for double or single occupancy

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Stunning sea view at Saltburn, Invergordon

Situated beside the shores of the Cromarty Firth with spectacular views to the Black Isle our cottage sleeps six comfortably, and is ideally placed for touring, with access to superb beaches, forests, hill walking, golf, etc. The NC 500 route is minutes away. One of the best natural harbours in Europe, the Royal Navy had a base here until 1956. Now oil rigs line up in the Firth and liners visit every week in the summer season. Invergordon's spectacular murals are a must see!

Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

The Nissen hut at HMS Owl was originally built in 1941 by the RAF. The Owl is our family home and took us 5 years to restore it. It has been featured on TV and in numerous design publications. HMS Owl is pretty special as is the restored Nissen available to rent. The Hut is cosy, warm and private with large living space and kitchen and large ensuite bedroom. Historic old schoolhouse with spectacular views of the Kyle of Sutherland. Full of character and charm with a huge kitchen/family room, enchanting Library and glorious south-facing sunroom. Ideally located for exploring the northern Highlands - just 25 minutes from the beaches and golf at Dornoch, yet only a hour’s drive from the rugged West Coast. The Old Schoolhouse is the perfect base for fishing, hill-walking, mountain biking … or simply to relax and get away from it all!

Cheerful unique 2bedroom cottage with free parking

Number 7 is a stylish cottage in the sought after west end of Elgin. It is just a short walk from the city’s vibrant array of cafes, bars, restaurants and the home of Gordon&MacPhail for the whisky lovers. Recently refurbished with traditional features, including the original cast iron roll top bath for which we highly recommended a relaxing dip with lots of bubbles. This is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

Culnaskeath Farmhouse Cottage

Culnaskeath Farmhouse Cottage is an extension built in 1993, and blends in with the original house (1860). It's a cozy cottage with a wood-burning stove, two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The upstairs landing has a desk and single bed. The house has views over to the Black Isle, the Cromarty Firth and across to the Cairngorm mountains in the south. Behind our house are six miles of forest tracks. From these, you can see Ben Wyvis in the west.

Quiet, spacious city cottage close to River Ness

The terraced cottage is a very well equipped property on two floors with a garden room and upper terrace. It sits within a secluded courtyard and is quiet and peaceful while being close to the many excellent restaurants, bars and shops which Inverness has to offer. It has private off-road parking. It is situated less than 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Inverness and is very close to the River Ness, Inverness Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre.
