My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.

The apartment is very conveniently located and only 5km from the center of Bonn. In the immediate vicinity is the Ramersdorf tram and bus stop, a bakery, sights, walking opportunities on the Rhine and in the forest (various hiking trails, including Rheinsteig 1) as well as companies such as the Telekom/DHL/UN/DLR, etc. The Bonn Arch with various restaurants is also within walking distance.
