We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. The house is beautiful, both externally architecturally, and in its interior design. It is clear that there was thinking about every detail of the house. Comfortable, cozy, pampering, well heated, fully equipped kitchen at a very high level, great view from the large windows, very spacious and quiet. The house is next to other vacation homes, but almost everyone was empty this season, and we had a very pleasant time with this quiet. The view of the lake adds inspiration to the house, enhancing the stay experience. Contact with the owner was great, he was available all the time, and assisted with his advice when we asked. Towards the end of the vacation there was a forecast of snow in the mountains, and we were afraid that we would not be able to make the flight if the roads were closed. We consulted with Daniel, and he suggested that we leave two days early, so as not to take a risk of closed roads, and on his own initiative changed the reservation and shortened it by two days and waived the payment that he deserved. I saw it as a nice courtesy on his part, when he suggested it even before I even asked. A combination of decency and kindness. It added to the good vibes we felt from the beginning. Highly recommend.

Themostwonderful villa! Made with a lot of love and diligence, it makes you feel right at home. The landlords are extremely kind and pay special attention to everyone. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING, even things you may not have at home haha. Each tiny house has its necessary toiletries. A very suitable place for people with children, for adults who want to get away from the strenuous work days, as well as young ones who want to enjoy beautiful moments around the fire in the garden. A must visit!!!

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

The warm, inviting interior with comfortable furnishings made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Overall, my time was wonderfully relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and cozy getaway.

The villa is at a perfect location, right near the shops and restaurants, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. It has a good backyard, plenty of parking space, as well as a good walkable route up and down the drive towards the rest of Cigov Chark. Will recommend!

We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!

Good apartment with super location, closed to center, restaurants and bars, suitable for family with children. Nice host with super quick reaction for everything we needed, very hospitable.
