Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Our charming and sun-drenched house offers everything you need for your vacation. Modern ambiance meets old building charm - with 3 floors on 140 square meters! The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Guest apartment at Thormann Villa

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann has built the villa for himself about 1860 as a residence. The villa is located at the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the harbor worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Welcome!! :-) And now about the apartment: A beautiful view of the water from every room - this is what our cozy apartment on the outskirts of Wismar (about 5 km to the city center) offers Whether strolling through the city, taking a harbor tour, cycling or walking on the beach, everyone will find their own way of relaxing here.

Modern studio in the heart of the historic old town

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Modernly furnished cottage with its own sauna( by means of a coin-operated machine), fireplace and rowing boat in the summers . Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also a flat-screen TV. You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)

The 54 m² apartment is only about 80 m from Zierower beach. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The living room is comfortably furnished and in the bedroom a 1.80 m wide box-spring bed invites you to sleep in. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedding is available. You have to bring your own towels.
