As a long-term business guest who stayed for a month and a half, I found myself eagerly looking forward to returning to this serene abode each evening. Anna and Jörg, truly make this Airbnb stand out by sharing their delightful environment in a manner that’s devoid of the commercial feel prevalent in many other listings. Mila's generosity and joyful spirit were contagious, ensuring that no matter how challenging my day was, I always felt joyous and at home. Her presence added an extraordinary layer of warmth to my stay. To anyone looking for a place to rest but a place to rejuvenate and feel loved, this Airbnb is the epitome of hospitality and comfort. We visited for the 2nd time and were completely thrilled again. The apartment and the complex are well maintained, clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The pool is large, pleasantly warm (30 degrees) and an absolute highlight at any time of the day. In addition, a round of relaxation in the whirlpool and switching off is a breeze. Thanks for the hassle-free handling and the loving and discreet hospitality. Our 2nd stay at Villa Tropica was again an absolute highlight!

Ilona responded very quickly to my request and the written contact was already very warm. This was confirmed again in personal contact, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, but you can reach the train station in a very short time, where there are also good shopping facilities for groceries. The apartment is very clean and you can really feel at home here. In particular, the small details (information brochures about the area, decoration, etc.) make the stay special. I felt very comfortable here and would love to come back!

Very clean, well maintained and well equipped cottage. The sauna and jacuzzi are the highlight of the property. The bun service was great. We had a lovely relaxed girls weekend.

Bernhard's house is great for a family reunion. Plenty of space in and around the house! Lots of dishes, cutlery, glasses, and all sorts of kitchen appliances. We felt comfortable immediately and were there with 12 people with a baby and dog. The garden with table tennis, badminton, jacuzzi is also very nice! We only had a problem with the pizza oven because the thermostat wasn't working properly!

Ms. Gerlinde J. is a perfect host. The apartment is huge, has a fantastic bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had plenty of towels; bath and toiletries were available. There was nothing to criticize. We were impressed how Gerlinde also "wuppt" the apartment in addition to her tasks. Perfect accommodation for our motorcycle tour! There were two of us with the motorcycles at Michael's in Reilingen and we couldn't have done better. The apartment is great – very clean, modernly equipped and quietly located. Just the thing after a long day on the bike! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace – ideal for relaxing in the evening. There were also lovely extras such as coffee, sweets and sparkling water – small things that make the stay particularly pleasant. The air conditioning was worth gold at over 30 degrees – we slept great. Shopping and good restaurants are within walking distance, which was a real plus for us. The household was also friendly – you feel right at home. Conclusion: Michael really thought of everything. Clear recommendation – especially for bikers on tour!

A spacious apartment in an old villa. The bathroom is still partly from the 1920s. The entire apartment breathes history, but is also up to date. We felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time when we come to Mainz.

This was my second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! The place was spotless—very clean and well maintained. I especially loved the blackout aluminum roll-ups on the outside, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable in Janine's house. Everything was clean, the bathroom was new and clean, as well as the beautiful kitchen and dishes. For the children, there is a small play area and toys. Shower gel and shampoo were available in the bathroom. There were plenty of spices and coffee in the kitchen. We found a cute restaurant within walking distance. There is a lake with a campsite that can be reached in 15 minutes. Also recommended is the beautiful lake in Colmar with a super nice sandy beach. If you are looking for "healthy" food such as fruit and salad, you should bring it yourself. Sandwiches and fries are sold. Unfortunately, the beautiful pool of the complex was not yet usable, but it was already prepared. We would vacation here again.

Everything is great, the only thing was cool enough in the apartment , I wish the heating was turned on a little more, and it was not so cold

We spent wonderful Pentecost days in the middle of nature and enjoyed the time very much. The house is clean and especially the kitchen is very well equipped (The hotplates, however, heat up very slowly, so we used our mobile hotplate a lot & can highly recommend it:)) Sauna, swimming pool & grill made the stay perfect🥰

We enjoyed very much. The host was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy apartment in which many old elements have been used. The garden was also very beautiful and equipped with a hammock, barbecue, deck chairs and swings. We didn't lack anything. Everything we needed was present or was taken care of. We have had a wonderful time.

Franks’s apartment was perfect for our family with two children. The place was very clean and very well equipped. And also we (especially our children) were excited about lots of (board) games and books. I was wondering, whether the location is good enough to reach the city center easily. The buses are working quite well and it took about 20min. to the center e.g. Mainzer Dom. But the Laubenheim itself is also nice to explore. From the apartment one can walk up on the wine hill, where you get a very nice view. Frank was a very friendly and helpful host. If you look for an apartment in Mainz, Franks apartment is a good option.

Nice stay and good communication. Thank you for the children's toys, the crib and the booster seat. Special thanks also for replacing the gas container for the grill when it didn't go. Really very nice people and a pleasant interaction.
