The apartment and the host are more than great! The house is super clean, it has everything you may need and Josipa helped us with everything even with food since we arrived late at night public holiday day and we could not find a restaurant open. Thank you once again!!

Hotel-like experience within the comfort of your own little house, immersed in nature. The house was absolutely lovely, a perfect mix of traditional and modern, very cozy and felt like home. Every little detail was thought of. Fully fenced yard was a big plus for our dog. Everything was super clean and as shown in photos. We were pleasantly surprised by a fireplace, stunning morning view from the bedroom and sounds of pheasants from the nearby field. The host is lovely, very responsive. We appreciated the self check-in option which went completely smooth. 11/10 would recommend and we are already planning to visit again for a longer time.

Great place to stay, location superb, fantastic views from the apartment, location in the city center, but again quiet and everything available, host friendly, personable, willing to help. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but this is not a problem when the view from the apartment is beautiful, a recommendation for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Cozy, nice, and clean place to stay. We were welcomed and shown everything they needed to know. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we are coming back for sure! The house is spacious and tidy, and the special beauty gives a large yard where you can enjoy and relax as if you were at your own home. We highly recommend this property for rest, relaxation and to see beautiful Slavonia and Vukovar Best regards Anna & Darko

What do you say about the house where we felt at home? Everything was perfect for the hosts who greeted us and welcomed us with their own delicacies, a location that was like a fairytale and a neighborhood that was very important to us because of two large dogs. We were a youth group of 7 people and had a fantastic time at this place! The rooms were spacious and clean. With the beach volleyball court and the tennis court, everyone was able to work out enough to relax in the air-conditioned spa area. The host was friendly and always available.

What a surprise! This apartment is well furnished, totally up to date and clean as a whistle. The host was flexible about my changing arrival time and showed me everything I needed to know. It was quiet and comfortable, a perfect place to rest and work while in town for whatever reason. It is close to places to eat and get coffee. There is a tram stop very close to the front door that takes you right to the city center. It’s a great find and I’ll be back!

We were passing through the area and enjoyed staying at Zoran's house very much: the accommodation was extremely clean, divinely well arranged, spacious and comfortable, in a very quiet and beautiful environment. Zoran and his dad (neighbors next door) were very communicative and attentive, and had plenty of absolutely lovely touches, even though we arrived late in the evening. We also sympathized the next morning with their wives, just as charming. Our only regret was leaving the next day, without being able to make the most of the relaxing setting and the jacuzzi on the terrace of the pretty garden. In summary, we can only highly recommend this place: excellent house, in an authentic and lovely village!

Excellent host, spotless apartment in center of the center in Osijek. My recommendations. Whenever we gonna go to Osijek again, we will try to book this accomodation.

A rustic pavilion features wooden beams and is adorned with hanging light fixtures. Sheer curtains gently frame the open sides, allowing views of the serene lake and surrounding greenery. Simple wooden tables and benches are arranged for gatherings or relaxation.
