two bedroom sunny apartment

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Freedom, apt in quiet and peacefull area

We have just had a lovely week staying in this apartment. Branka is the perfect host, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The apartment is even nicer in real life - spotlessly clean and everything is as new. Branka had just got new memory foam pillows and asked us for feedback .... they were so comfy. The terrace is perfect, being slightly higher up there's a lovely breeze. The sun shone for us in June until about 7.20pm. The view is better than the photos. There's a short cut to the main road, just a few steps and a road. It is on a hill but nothing like Dubrovik with loads of steps to much of the accommodation there, my partner has knee trouble and thought it was fine. We got the bus to Dubrovik but had a hire car (I'd recommend doing this, it's very cheap). Branka's apartment is really a fantastic choice for a base to explore Dubrovik or the coast. A fab local bakery. There's a few places to eat nearby (1 a 10min walk, 2 do free delivery), a bar, supermarkets and a cafe.

Amazing flat with beautiful views. Great location for exploring the area but also so lovely having the peace and quiet of being in a residential area. Loved swimming in the estuary every day, and tended to get Ubers to go out and explore. The flat is so spacious, super clean and really comfy big beds. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Apartment Stipe

Pros-1) Marijana is very kind and generous person, she greeted us at the arrival and departure. Not to mention she welcomed us with fresh fruits and sweet chocolates too. 2) Excellent room, looks pretty newly renovated. All equipment’s works perfectly fine. Room has everything that you need, Marijana has paid minute observation on every little single things like dishwasher soaps, washing machine liquid etc. 3) Room balcony has exceptional view, small gardens and stray cats. You will feel like living in nature at the same time it is only 35 minutes away from Main old town. 4) Conversations with Marijana was top class she responded immediately and supported us during our stay as and when we needed. 5) Worth every single penny. Cons:1) Room is up on the hill so be mindful if you have health issue or baby with you. It will be little difficult to climb (as was in my case too) Overall we enjoyed our stay fully, I wish I could give 5 star rating or even more to Marijana’s home in Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik Sun Apartment

This was a great place.bus is about 200m away bus 1a or 1b takes you right to the old town. When going to their home be sure to ask the bus driver for your stop. Some buses don’t announce and the drivers are not so helpful. The 24 or 72 hour bus pass was helpful. Great, quiet and lovely place.
