Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dongjak District

Lulu is extremely responsive and friendly, not only she guided us through the entire check in process, she even offered a coupon just because a small hiccup, which is not her fault at all. As a host, Lulu is 10/10! The place is nice and cozy, the view right next to the bed is amazing! Clean and fully furnished for tourist like me. Location is one of the best things about this place, right next to Seoul Station and lots of food!

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

The apartment was on the 21st floor and had a beautiful view of Seoul station. The sounds of the trains did mildly come through but it did not bother us too much. The air conditioning could be a little loud at times but it worked well. Other than that, this apartment was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to others

Super convenient - close to the subway! Awesome location overall with so much to do (5 min walk from Myeongdong and easy access to the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path). Would highly recommend staying here!!

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

The property was perfectly located with all the amenities we needed nearby and easy access to major tourist attractions. The host was very kind, and I was grateful that he responded quickly and attentively. They even provided a guidebook for foreign guests, which was very helpful. The interior was neat and clean, so I was able to stay comfortably like at home. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Seoul!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. It was a bit restricted to ventilate because it was a semi-basement, but it was a satisfactory accommodation, probably because the whole house was remodeled. I came by personal car, and I was glad that there was a parking area, but if you come by sedan, it seems like the underbody of the car will often touch the ground if you are not careful when parking. Really~ The subway Soongsil University Station is not far on foot~ Value for the money accommodation

Loved the place - very clean and cozy. The host had a lot of basic essentials in the house (hygiene items, towels, etc). There are also clean dishes, utensils and pots to use if you feel like cooking. House comes equipped with a dryer and washer too. Whenever we had an enquiry, Jiwoo would answer really promptly. House is also just 10 mins away from the metro, very convenient. Would come back again!

Wow Hosu’s home and hospitality is absolutely amazing. He was ready to help us with everything and very accommodating. His home is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is also very central making Ubers extremely affordable. Thank you for everything

Beautiful space! While it is not as affordable as the hotels we'd previously been staying in, the saying you get what you pay for is true here. You get space, which for a family feeling like they're living on top of one another is great. You have fresh air, peace and quiet and a bath house that was a joy to use. Great location with lots of food options around. We really loved it!

I stayed together with my friend together with my friend together. You'll need to take the stairs up to the 4th floor. The host was there when we arrived at the hotel, so they went out of their way to the room with me and my friend's luggage. There is also good access to the station, with plenty of convenience stores and cafes around the hotel. This time, it was a short stay, but it was also possible to stay for a long time, so I'd love to stay if I get the chance.

It was the same as the picture, and it was a pity that I only stayed one night. The speaker was crazy, and it was even better because it smelled good!! I'll be back next time🙈

We had such a lovely stay and made great memories here :) I saw some reviews mentioning that the place is a bit far from the station, but we took taxis and didn’t find it inconvenient at all. The neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and everything we needed nearby. The apartment was just like the photos (clean, bright, and cozy!). It had everything we needed for daily living, and the area was quiet and felt safe, which made it perfect for traveling with family. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions, and Miro was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. He responded quickly whenever we had a question, and even prepared baby items for us, such a thoughtful gesture! If we come back to Korea, we’d definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The accommodation was neat and comfortable. The directions were well done everywhere, so I had no questions. I had a good rest with my family. You have to walk a little to the parking lot, but it's free, so it's okay. I like it~:)

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

They responded kindly and I had a comfortable stay. It's close to Seoul National University, and there's a lot of food nearby. You're kind.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
