The total floor space is around 60 pyeong, with an indoor space of around 40 pyeong (1st floor) and 10 pyeong (2nd floor). Depending on the number of people, 3 to 5 rooms and 1 to 3 toilets can be provided. Because it is not a new construction, There are old parts, but at least all bedding is replaced every time and washed and dried with a professional eco-friendly detergent. Without high expectations for the facilities, it will be the most suitable space for 5-10 or more people by comparing the advantages and disadvantages. In particular, the Jinpyeong Royal Tombs are so close that you can see them right in front of you. Take a short walk along the beautifully maintained Myeonghwalsanseong and Jinpyeong Royal Tombs Dulle-gil to get there quickly. It is close enough to see Hwangryong Saji, Donggung Palace, and Wolji, and the view is especially nice. The night view of Gyeongju city is really cool. We installed a TV and Wi-Fi so that you wouldn't be uncomfortable... We also prepared basic kitchen utensils and toiletries.There is also a yard, so you can take a relaxing break. L Hanok Stay was built as a private Hanok guesthouse in April 2023, after a year of remodeling work, following the purchase of a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add modern convenience while adding the elegance of Hanok, and we tried to add a European style to give it a variety. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located in a location where you can go to the road to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmajeong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive) around Hwangnidan-gil. The use of the jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW for paid use.
