I had to stay in Okpo for a little more than 3 weeks because of a business trip and didn't feel like spending such a long time in a hotel room. So I decided to stay in this apartment and did not regret it! It is even more spacious than the pictures suggest and has everything you need for a long stay. After a long working day you can relax on the sofa in the living room, there is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and in the second bedroom there is a desk with a comfortable chair, so you can work well there. The location offers a lot of restaurants and bars in direct proximity. But the best are the hosts. Tina is an incredibly kind and helpful, cheerful woman who takes care of everything and together with her husband she made my stay as pleasant as possible. When I will be in Okpo again, I will definitely come back.

The accommodation was also large and clean. You can see the sea from the veranda view, and there are nearby restaurants on foot, the harbor is within walking distance, Hanaro Mart is also Dai-dong, and nearby sightseeing can go to the Dolphin Sea World and the museum, and there is Sonocam nearby. I visited last spring during the cherry blossom season and visited again this time. When I visited last year, it was during the cherry blossom festival in the neighborhood, so the cherry blossoms were so pretty and there were a lot of people. This time, I visited a little early, so there were no cherry blossoms, but it was so nice that the neighborhood was quiet and the convenience store was nearby. And the accommodation was also so neat and pretty. It was also really nice to hear the sound of the stream flowing right next to the living room veranda when you open the door. And the breakfast service is great! The plating was pretty and generous. It's more than 20,000 won to eat this much at a brunch cafe, but to think it was a service... The host is awesome👍 (Just one thing that was a bit of a pity was that the chopsticks were a little uncomfortable.. :)

I went on a trip with my family for the holiday, and I booked it a week ago because I had to add one more night urgently! But as the reviews were good, it was really spacious, warm, and comfortable! For the three of us, it was already great at this price for the holiday, but the arrival time was late in the evening, and the host came out to greet us in person, and there was an electric mat on the bed, and a heater in the bathroom, and most importantly, it was much more spacious and comfortable than the photos. It was the last night, so I was tired, but I had a really comfortable stay! I was sorry that I couldn't go to the cafe and say hello because I left in a hurry in the morning. It was a family trip with my parents and my grandchildren, and I was very satisfied. If you take a picture of the surrounding sea and the barbecue water playground, it's all work. The most important part of the trip is the bedding, but it was clean and good bedding, so I slept comfortably for 3 days. There was also a washing machine and dryer, so it was easy to do all the laundry and organize after traveling ~ ^ ^ It's a great place for a family trip!

The interior was clean and the room was well heated, so it was warm. I came on a gathering trip with 6 families, and it was so nice to be able to use the entire first floor. And each room has a bathroom, and warm water comes out well.

Great location to beach—on the water. Great restaurants. 5/10 minute walk to subway. 5 minute walk to buses. Awesome area getting around all of Busan! Will be staying again.

Felix’s place is absolutely incredible. Very comfy, beautiful, and perfect for my group of 8 people. There are 7-11 and CU convenience store along with restaurants right on the ground level of the building. Felix is very easy to reach and always respond to my questions. He is very helpful and gives great advices. We are very happy! Thank you Felix!!

My parents went, and they said it was good. It was very spacious and the view was good, so it was a shame to only stay for one night!!!:)

It was clean and cozy. Even though it was late, they responded quickly. I wanted to use it again next time!!

The place was close to shopping and street food area, very close to subway. The place was clean and comfortable. The room size was great for 6-8 persons.

Our stay here was wonderful. It is a great space for traveling with a group. Kris was very responsive and even met us outside of the building to help us find the apartment we were staying in. There was so much to do within walking distance and it was an easy walk to the metro station for activities that were further away. We would definitely recommend staying here 😊

I travel a lot with my family. It's a great place to stay:) It was so much better than I thought. As soon as you enter, the bedding is tidy And the cozy view is also indescribable…:) The only downside is that there's nothing to criticize. It's a disadvantage. Oh, if you have to point out a flaw There wasn't enough bedding..blankets to cover up.. Anyway!! Next time I travel to Busan If I come again, I'll ask!! Paledecz!! Eric and Yeonwhi were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment was clean and beautiful and the views throughout were stunning.
