It's good for a walk, and there's a reservoir 2-3 minutes away on foot along the promenade, and if you go up further, there's a pavilion (the reservoir promenade goes up along the rice field to the left of the house). Tongyeong Intercity Bus Terminal and large grocery stores (E-Mart, Top Mart, Hanaro Mart), cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are about 5 minutes away by car.
