The house consists of a living-dining room with three sofas and a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
