Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The cozily located apartment Romantica is bright and nicely furnished. In the kitchen you will find various cooking utensils as well as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. There is also a Bosch coffee machine with Tassimo pods, an electric kettle, tea and a toaster. The tap water has drinking water quality. Free parking for car. The apartment is one minute from the bus stop and 12 minutes from the train station (stop on request!)
