Our cottage in a very cozy and zen atmosphere... on the edge of the Vertbois forest, is located about 800m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of the island of Oléron. Studio adjoining our house with private access, small independent enclosed garden with terrace. Ideally located for nature lovers, athletes, surfers, etc. All comforts with independent underfloor heating. Weekly reservation from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. Barbecue prohibited due to risk of forest fire.

On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster...) open to living room (TV, sofa, armchair...). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 and baby bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed 140 x 190. Separate toilet and sink. 160 m2 fully enclosed courtyard, garden furniture, deckchairs.

Environ à 2 km, le bourg, tous commerces et à peine plus loin, port de pêche, restaurants, marchés et nombreuses activités. Et puis à 700 m, l'océan.

PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.
