This apartment was in a brilliant location that’s close to all amenities within walking distance or a short taxi ride. It was spacious with a modern decor that was unique. We felt right at home as we had all the amenities we needed within reach. The host Zeyad was also very responsive and even came to met us providing local tips of things to do and restaurants to try out which was much appreciated. When we arrived we were greeted with complimentary drinks and a box of traditional sweets that were amazing, a wonderful gesture. The place was spotless and had some of the most comfortable beds that I had slept on. Overall, I would recommend this apartment as it is truly worth it for comfort and peace of mind

I stayed at so many airbnbs and hostels and hotels in Cairo last year. every day I had to switch because something wasn't right. Until I found Sarah's place. sadly those were my last few nights but I just knew that this was The one. So this year, I decided to return and booked her place for my entire stay. she is so responsive. Essam is the best person ever. He helped me so much in everything, even when i was far away and needed help, he did everything to help me when I needed him. I felt so comfortable there and this place now feels like home. the view from this room is beautiful and classy. you can see the views of posh tall buildings and parks and it looks stunning at night. I love the balcony so much. it is so nice to just sit there and talk to friends. the bedroom is better than the pics. I never uses the living room much because I was always out. I will miss Essam when I leave. I really feel like I have a family in egypt. As a solo traveller, this makes me feel so safe.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

The place is beautiful and clean. Location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and respectful. It was very easy to communicate with them and they are always available for help!!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is not only spacious, but also conveniently located near all essential services. Mai and her mom were delightful hosts, always quick to respond to our needs. Additionally, the furniture in the apartment is brand new and beautifully designed, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Strongly recommend 👍👌

صراحة رقي واخلاق في التعامل استاذه جويس ، اكتر شي عجبني انها انسانه تتعامل بثقه ولأول مره الاقي احد حتى تشيك قبل الخروج ماشيكت من كثر ماهي انسانه محترمه، اهنيها على طريقتها لان صحيح الشقه أنيقه وجميله ونظيفه وموقعها مميز نفس الصور بس ممكن تلاقي ،بس حقيقي الرجوع مره تانيه حيكون بسبب أخلاق جويس تعاملها المحترم❤️
