House in a gated community, without noise, brings tranquility. Really 5 minutes from the water park. For those who go to the park, it's really worth it. Regarding the house, without words, upon arrival I had the feeling that it was much more spacious than in the photos. Everything in perfect condition and everything identical to what was described in the listing and photos. The condominium concierge staff was very polite and attentive to explain what we had doubts about. The location and the house are perfect for spending a few days with the family. The structure of the house is all new and of quality. It was a wonderful time with the family and we will probably come back to enjoy both the park and the house.

The place was a great choice to relax with the family. We spent most of the time outside the house in the pool and barbecue… which was why we chose this place. When we needed help to Lu and Reginaldo were helpful and willing to help. Thank you!

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience in the accommodation! From the moment we arrived. The place is absolutely comfortable and has exceeded all our expectations. The decor is charming and creates a cosy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The cleaning was impeccable, and the small details, like soft towels and quality hygiene products, made all the difference. Plus, the location is perfect! Near Thermas Park(15 minutes from the park) . Without talking about the security because we are in a gated condominium. Communication with the hostess was also excellent; she was very helpful and attentive. We definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Piracicaba. we'll be back soon!

Casa super clean with very large rooms. Good kitchen utensils. Gramado very large and clean pool. Simple and tasty barbecue area. Beth always responded quite quickly.

We traveled as a family and the stay was a great experience. Everything was very well organized, cozy space with a special view of the lake. We took our kayak and were able to enjoy ourselves on the lake and also have a barbecue with everything available. I thank the hostess for hosting us.

Jairton's home is well located, in the center of Águas de São Pedro, in a quiet area. 5-minute drive to the city's main landmarks. We were in 4 people, but there would be about 12 people in the house. Very spacious and cozy house. It had all the kitchen utensils, in addition to having a swimming pool and barbecue. When we return to Águas de São Pedro, we will be staying there again. I recommend it to everyone.

It was a pleasant surprise to return to Brotas and to find a special and well-groomed and capricious corner of fact! Carmen, in addition to being generous, is people like us and super connected in the details! the house has everything we guests need and the hygiene that I so much value is impeccable! You realize that there is a maintenance on the site that should be constant so there is a focus on keeping the environments well maintained! Logical that it is important and I hope so much that everyone who comes in the house, to maintain this standard of care and affection because it really is a very nice place and I stay in the crowd to keep it that way! excellent accommodation.. Everything very organized, clean and very well maintained. The house is huge, a lot of space, the cleaning was impeccable, we were very welcome. Host Darci was extremely kind, attentive, flexible, and helped us through a number of things, such as nominations. I HIGHLY recommend this stay.
