The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

If you are looking for complete tranquility with the chirping of birds and crickets, if you want to rest your body and soul with a view of the endless green forest, come and visit us. After beautiful sunsets, on hot, Mediterranean nights, you will be refreshed by the pleasant country air. If you want to cool off in the clean sea of Telašćica Nature Park, the nearest secluded beach is 2-3 minutes from the house. The house is equipped with a small kitchen and an outdoor grill.
