A small charming cottage between two breezes.

Stay in a little red cottage with white knots on an old valley farm in the beautiful village of Hedby. The cottage consists of 2 rooms and kitchen as well as a small bathroom. The house is fully equipped and adapted for 2 people. There is a small room with a bed of 160cm as well as 2 sofas that you can sleep on if you remove the pillows and put on a thin mattress then they will be 80cm. They are not retractable. Sheets are available for rent. Outside, there is a small paved private patio with garden furniture where you can hear the stream. The house is bounded by the host people between two streams. The cabin is close to hiking trails, bike trails as well as small swimming lakes.

We loved staying at Emmilie's place. It was very well equipped and comfortable and we particularly appreciated the microwave, the large oven the comprehensive inventory of cutlery, crockery and kitchen tools, as well as the safety features. It was a very quiet area especially at night and we were easily able to get to the places we wanted to, Leksand, Rättvik and Falun where there is so much of interest to see. Mark had last seen Lake Siljan 40 years ago and it still looks as beautiful!

All in one: we would return:).. A great new house, very spacious, stylishly furnished with a sauna in the bathroom and fireplace. Beds - very comfortable, the location is awesome. Super clean! A private jetty was virtually at the door, the only thing - you can hardly fish there, because the water is too shallow, but a boat was at the jetty and you can also borrow a kayak. In the evening, we made a fire, made bread and grilled directly on the lake. Helena was a great host, answered our questions immediately and proactively sent us many valuable tips on what to do in the area, where you can eat well. Just gorgeous!

Super accommodation stocked with everything you need (kitchen utensils, clean laundry, basic equipment of spices, oil/vinegar, etc.). New rowing boat for free use. Great sauna, easy to use. Beautiful location. Walking distance all around access to the lake. Maria is very helpful, always available and has compiled a list of tips/possible. Activities. It should be noted that the cottage is located in a kind of neighborhood, probably a well-known place for the cottages of Sweden. Now in May we were practically the only one, which is why we were totally undisturbed, but can't estimate the location when it's high season. However, all residents encountered are very nice and the privacy is maintained with the construction. We had a wonderful and relaxing week. We highly recommend the place.
