We had a very pleasant stay at the Bay House. The views of the ocean are spectacular and the peaceful atmosphere is otherworldly. Isla and John are friendly, helpful and responsive. The house is decorated with beautiful furniture and has everything a family would need for a nice relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderfully private, secret location, upon arrival met by Lea, who was a very happy easy going style person who immediately made us feel comfortable. Peter arrived shortly after and again a very easy going, down to earth person who was easy to talk with. They impressed that they were available at anytime if we needed. Follow up on the day of leaving was excellent with clear messages.. we have no doubt that we will visit again.

We loved our stay at Leroy & Peter's Ocean Retreat cottage. The place is right by the main road and easy to find. The cottage was huge and very roomy for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The place was very clean and tidy and just a couple of mins drive from the Port Campbell town which is a good place to chill. Highly recommend this property during the Great Ocean Drive.

Beautiful view and surroundings and a most welcoming host. Bryan was extremely responsive, assisting us with any query promptly. On checkout, he also went searching for koalas for us to view. The cottage has a lovely view of the ocean.

Beautiful location - loved looking out over the paddocks to the beach in the distance. Check in instructions were clear and easy, and I loved the information booklet you’d put together - very helpful in deciding where to eat that night!

Fantastic setting and so private. Lovely personal touches and everything as described. Space to enjoy the privacy yet close enough to a vibrant town as well. Our dog loved it!

We had a fabulous time at Theo’s place. There were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 grown up children)+ our dog. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the upstairs living area/kitchen area with a great balcony and wonderful views over Marengo and the paddocks. Perfect to relax with a good book and/or some afternoon drinks. The house is nicely tugged away but still easy to walk to the Main Street and the beach. Our dog and us also loved the garden with all the nice fruit trees. It was perfect for our dog as there was plenty of room for him but also safe as it was all enclosed. We definitely will be back.

As a regular global traveller for work and leisure, this was one of the best AirBnB I've stayed in. The Location and facilities of the villa were 5 star! We will be back.

We loved our stay over the Easter long weekend! The home was clean, spacious and had a real homey feel. We loved sitting outside to enjoy our meals, especially with the sound of the waves crashing and the birds chirping. Amazing location, walking distance to the beach and main group of shops. Thank you Vanessa for a great stay, would highly recommend.
