Vacation rentals with a patio in Dix

We have stayed here twice now and loved both rooms we’ve stayed in. They feel right at home and are incredibly clean! The beds are comfy and the pillows were picked with care (this is rare). We love staying here.

Staying at Lynne's Airbnb was an absolute pleasure! The place was beautifully maintained, cozy, and perfectly located. Lynne was a fantastic host, always helpful and kind. The city itself is stunning, full of charm and amazing places to explore. Highly recommend both this Airbnb and the destination!

This space was PERFECT for our little anniversary getaway in the finger lakes! Ron was very responsive and we loved all of the treats he supplied the house with. We can wait to come back during the summer! Thank you, Ron!

What a beautiful and cozy historic space! I loved the fireplace in the bedroom and the very comfy bed. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Extremely clean! The bathroom is tiny but functional. My only complaint would be that I was provided only a single bath towel for a 2-night stay. Other than that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim!

My husband and I came to Ithaca to play shuffleboard at a local brewery. Sarah’s place was so centrally located to everything you could need in a cute town like Ithaca. Sarah was very responsive and the guide she sent was thorough and so helpful. The apartment was adorable - everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Everything was impeccably clean and that bed was SO cozy! Definitely would stay again, and hopefully in nicer weather to take advantage of the covered sitting area.

We enjoyed our stay. It is small, but very cozy and comfortable for two. The heat worked well. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for our visit to the Corning Museum of glass. Robert met us when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly and responsive to our questions.

I had to go to the area for work and the place/area was perfect for my needs. I only needed one night a week for 3 weeks and Miriam was very accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house has so much character and is tastefully updated to be comfortable. Great layout and sleeping options, plenty of room - it was perfect for our needs!

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

Angela was a fabulous host! We had a great 4 day trip and the place was cozy and we felt right at home. It was easy for our dog and had a perfect backyard for him. The fridge and freezer were spotless and stocked with ice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee and we had plenty of towels for our stay. 10/10 We will definitely stay again!

Hidden gem! Located just a short drive outside of Ithaca, you’re never too far from the action, but it’s quiet and peaceful. I have a son attending Ithaca College, so I try to visit every now and again. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Will definitely look to book this place again the next time I am in the area.

Relaxing atmosphere, peaceful stay.

A very comfortable craftsman. Our first day in Ithaca the weather was snowy and wet, so we really appreciated the gas fireplace and homey environment for playing board games and watching movies. We also got a lot of use from the hot tub! Our second day was warm and sunny, and walked to the Commons for our meals and then went hiking through the nearby gorges. All in all, it was a great experience.

It was a wonderful and peaceful place to get away from the bustling sound of the city. I really appreciated that the space is right by a creek, which I love the water. As mentioned in Hunter's listing, you're in the country side so expect country things! We personally didn't mind the small critters who were also inside with us, but to the person scrolling through this listing, just be prepared for that possible expectation. Hunter and his family were responsive and great to our requests during our stay and were quick in response. I would definitely stay here at this peaceful spot again. Thank you!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

This was exactly what we needed for a short stay visiting our daughter at SUNY Cortland. Highly recommend.
